Absolutely delish! You can really taste that everything is fresh and homemade. I got the gf waffle (with such a nice syrup and fresh jam), eggs, and fries. I love how they cook their items in tallow! Definitely will come back here when I’m in the area again. The staff was also very lovely 😄

This place came highly recommended by Open Table. Tried it. It was a diner/coffee shop that was trying to be more, it wasn't, except for the prices. Maybe it was an off day. We noticed that locals came and received some positive attention and greetings, etc. But, not so much for us, who were obviously not locals.

My husband and I and another couple had a great lunch yesterday at Americana. The veggie burger was specially delicious, the fish and chips were golden and crispy and the cheese burger was prime. We ate on the back patio and enjoyed the friendly, casual atmosphere. We want to go back soon.

I want to like this as much as the Santa Rosa location, but they seem to be working things out. Everything was just a bit off - a little extra grease on the omelette, incorrect orders, some things not cooked perfectly - which surprised me coming from the Americana brand.
Wow, wonderful spot, with some of the best fried chicken ever. Super crispy, super moist, tender and flavorful.the waffles were hella good,the syrup was the thinnest I have ever had,but it was Excellent. And the gravy was so good I finished it with a spoon. Also, homemade hot sauce, comparable to Tabasco was really good. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic food, I got a burger and fries the first time and chicken fried chicken the next time. They were so tasty and I felt so good afterwards! Using tallow rather than oil for Thor food is a game changer.
