Exceptional tasting at tasting room. Top level Pinots.
A lovely setting, with exceptional wine. I enjoyed hearing the story of the vineyards and the wine, told by a friendly and engaging host.
Gigi was exceptionally good - if she didn’t know the history as well as she could have or deep knowledge of wine making she more than made up for it by being charming and friendly
, things you can’t teach. The wines are always outstanding - Hallberg Ranch one yard is my favorite wherever it is poured but best in your hands (and Gary Farrell’s). I’m local and always send friends to emeritus. That won’t stop
My tasting experience was on time and to the point. Relaxed atmosphere and of course quality products.
Emeritus is an upscale winery. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed to showcase their wonderful wines. Make sure to sign up for special, members only events, as these are not to be missed!
Tasted many incredible wines while enjoying an amazing view!! A wonderful experience! 10/10
Great wine, great service.
Always a pleasure to visit Emeritus! The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. They cater the experience to you, so if you are familiar with their offerings, they don't over communicate, but give you the necessary info and are able to answer any questions you might have. The tasting room is very comfortable and welcoming. It doesn't hurt that the wines are amazing!
Emeritus produces wonderful pinots and the people are amazing. Take a vineyard tour with Riggs, it’s a unique and wonderful experience filled with history of the vineyard, interesting stories and, of course, the wine.
My recent visit with two East Coast relatives was my first visit to Emeritus. As a West County resident (40+ years) that poured in five wineries over 13 years (low- to high-end), I'd rank Emeritus on the higher end for location, appearance (immaculate), staff skills and quality of product.
My only issue is the similarity of the products: all good to excellent, but for the inexperienced it was difficult to find differences between them. Subtlety is tricky, almost overwhelming, for neophytes.
My guests were here to taste, buy and ship -- which they did. 'Mission Accomplished,' so 'Thank You, Emeritus' for your polished comportment.

What a lovely winery. Great wines and a wonderful staff. The lady that took care of us was Milana. She is a gem
Great experience and wine with an amazing staff.
Glen our tour guide was absolutely fantastic! It was a great experience hearing about the history of vineyards. And all the wines we tried were amazing.
