Emeritus, Don's Block has been one of my favorite wines for about 10 years. I finally had an opportunity to visit for a tour and tasting. I was not disappointed! Sophia was excellent, funny and informative. She showed us around the vineyard explaining the micro climates and wine making process. She gave us a recommendation for lunch that ended up being one of our favorite restaurants from the trip. I would highly recommend a visit to Emeritus.
Tried their current Pinot tasting and it was symbolic of very high quality wines, esp their reds (PH east and elite and Wesley). Very low key while we were there, choice to sit inside or patio and it was nice and sunny so did the patio. Folks there were chill, low key and knowledgeable of their offerings and processes which is also symbolic of their overall quality. Too bad they don't distribute much of their product, most of it is accessible at the estate or restaurants...

Sofia was very nice and friendly. Glen was outstanding my family did a tour of the property and learned a lot afterwards we all tasted.
