My hubby and I are food snobs and this is the best Peruvian food we’ve found in the Bay Area (including top Peruvian restaurants in SF). The chef is brilliant and we can’t really think of what else to say. Beautiful!!
Came here after a 12 hour commute. The Arroz con Mariscos was delicious! Creamy and filled with various seafood. My co-workers all had the Lomo Saltado. They loved it and said the meat was tender. If you like spice, we sure to ask for a side of chili paste. Highly recommend.
This place is LEGIT. Totally unassuming & in the back of a business park, but hands-down, the best ceviche we’ve had in years.
We sat outside with our dog and feasted. Totally authentic, great staff, terrific menu. 11/10!!
Made me fall in love with Peruvian food their mango habanero ceviche is bomb
I’m so glad I finally got the chance to eat here. It was INCREDIBLE!!! Sautéed steak with fettuccine tossed in a ají Amarillo sauce, holy sh*^ it was sooooooo good!!!! Can’t wait to go again ❤️
Nice place for good food at your choice of spicy. Casual, relaxed atmosphere. We dropped in and were seated without a reservation. One other couple came in later. There was a party of six that came in even later. It was never crowded
Delish, and good portions

A Hidden Gem in Sebastopol
On a recent weekend day drive past Sebastopol, I was determined to try a new place to eat, so I went to my trusted guide and friend Yelp on my mobile and decided on Inca's Peruvian Cuisine. The place is kind of hidden in a corner of a small shopping center off Gravenstein Highway, very close to where Petaluma Ave and S Main Street end.
Anyhow, we walked in, and the place was empty! We were the only ones there! Later, we learned that on Sundays, the crowd shows up at around 5 or 6 PM.
Inca's Peruvian Cuisine has been there for about one year. It offers a fusion of Indigenous Incan ingredients with influences from various cultures such as Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, and African! I know! It sounds like a mishmash of various cuisines, but it is surprisingly very good!
We started with a Peruvian beet salad (Causa Santa Rosa), sweet plantains (Platanos Maduros), and Ceviche (Clasico). Loved it all! I enjoyed all three, but if you forced me to pick only one, I'd go with the beet salad! It was tasty and different.
For the main dish, we decided to share a Lomo Saltado, which is wok-fried tenderloin beef (chicken is an option) with balsamic soy sauce mixed with red onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. It is served with fries and rice. We enjoyed it very much.
Throughout our visit, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. We really enjoyed the experience. I could not leave without trying their Tres Leches, and it did not disappoint!
As we were leaving, people began to show up. The place is small, but very nicely setup and maintained. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious. Give it a try if you are around Sebastopol.

Very tasty sauces, if you're up for something different, give it a go. I had the rockfish filet, which was described as coming with "other seafood". The plate was loaded with clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp, octopus. Delicious.

Amazing food. I really don't know how authentic the food is but it was delicious. I had the ceviche and the pork stew and it was meal to remember.
Excellent little Peruvian restaurant. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Food came out very quickly on a quiet Saturday evening.Everything tasted very fresh and of high quality. I am quite particular and have a very discerning tongue. It was nice that the food was flavorful without being over seasoned, and there were some good sauce choices to adjust things to my taste.Prices were quite reasonable for the quality and portion size. It was nice that they had a decent selection of vegetarian options. They had a nice medium sized menu with a variety of options I’d like to try.If I lived in the area I’d eat here regularly.
