My son has been dying to taste their Birria Mac and Cheese Bomb since he saw their Instagram page, but we were unaware that they only served them at their restaurant, which is also on Sebastopol Road, so I went to one of their taco trucks yesterday.
Since we arrived at the incorrect place the kind man Johnny who assisted us gave us two complimentary drinks. That struck me as considerate. They gave us our drinks when we got to the restaurant, and they were really kind and provided us with excellent customer service.
They also created a batch of bombs from scratch because none of them were already made. I strongly advise you to check this place out. In addition to providing excellent customer service, they also provide delicious food and are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely be returning. PS they made the food in a mannerly time and the strawberry horchata is a must! 5/5
