Worst customer service and fake food I have ever experienced. I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and they gave me hot dog in it. Upon opening the advertised Hawaiiana torta, it was not made according to the menu, and my son could not tolerate the massive Jalapeños and juice absorbed in the bread, as he is "heat" sensitive. They angrily refused to refund his money, until I stepped in to explain why he would not be "able" to eat it, but that it would have been perfect had they made it as indicated . I explained they could maybe make us something else, they angrily blurted "f" bombs out, and got mad about their signage person. Because my son had included a tip, they kept it, and would only give us back the cost and tax amount. We took the matter inside to the gentlemen we had hoped was the manager, he (being of the same cultural background) tried to convince us we were wrong. We never got our tip money back and that is a form of theft. We are notifying the bank, BBB, and Dept. of Consumer Affairs. As this was very misleading and they "stole" our money.Also, they do NOT have any other locations as indicated, that is also misleading, and for what purpose. Maybe they are unsanitary, and posting a personal neighborhood address.
