We travel from the East Bay tri-valley several times a year to the Santa Rosa area. We have a family member who used to work in that location. So we checked it out. I'm an East coast native. This is unquestionably the best New York style pizza in the bay area. We have tried just the cheese. Not so much into the toppings. It's all about purity for me. Not greasy at all. Thin crust is done to perfection. Cheese is just the right amount and flavorful. The sauce is the key...

I’ve been coming here for years ever since I was a little kid and recently they have been getting new pizza chefs and the pizza just dosent taste the same as it used to be. I ordered 3 pizzas and the pizzas were burnt spent over 100$ bucks for burnt pizzas

We love Mombo's. The Tuesday specials are a great excuse to experience something fun and newor go for old favorites.

Today we had an 18" Buffalo Chicken - 1 Topping $20. We added grated Parmesan and a drizzle of Roquefort dressing at home. Delicious.
