We had Wednesday night dinner in the sparsely populated main dining room. O&C presents itself as slighly upscale Chinese dining in a nicely decorated room, etc. It feels to me like this is a Chinese-food nod to the wine tourism in the area, where you can offer a slightly more upscale version to guests wanting to live the good life. We LOVE it here! the staff is friendly, great atmosphere with very reasonable pricing. We got a glass of wine, a soda, pork dumplings, orange chicken & chowmein, all for $60 which is great for two people with left overs. The food is some of the best Chinese we have had, we have been getting take out & dining in for a while now. I am so surprised it is not more busy! BTW the pork dumplings are a MUST.

I was passing through Sebastopol with a friend and excited to check out the bistro. I’m vegetarian and there was a nice selection of offerings for me. The service was friendly and extremely efficient. The only disappointment was there was a photo of Sebastopol crispy tofu and eggplant that looked delicious on the menu.
