My wife and I are pizza lovers, and I am a pizza maker with my own oven at home. The pizza at psychic pie was so great and it was fun talking to me chef. Their dough is something legendary that I will be spending countless hours trying to recreate until I can just go back and try their pizza again.
Being from Rome and finding someone that truly appreciates your style of pizza is a rare and heartwarming experience. While some of the ingredients may not be traditional (looking at you, pepperoni), the ethos and, most importantly, the dough, are on point. The sourdough base is cooked to perfection: a little crunchy, but also airy and soft where it needs to be.
