7 23 2019. Poor customer service the cashier YESENIA helped me with no smile took her some time to help me when I was there the taco bell sign menu was not let up and it was hard reading the sigh she treated me different because I was a white gay man i am also disabled i ordered my food and i sat then a latino man came in and she was smiling at him and talking to him in Spanish after he left I stood up and looked at the menue a lady yelled in the kitchen and said he is back poor customer service and no proper training I grew up in Sonoma county I will never go back there and I will tell my friends in the gay community to stay away nobody needs to be discriminated against because they are different ?️‍??️‍??️‍??️‍??️‍??????

With the abundance of great Mexican food in Sonoma county I am not impressed with Taco Bell. Generally it is something we might try on the Highway. I guess it is ok if you need really inexpensive and processed food.

As always, Taco Bell's food is amazing! Pretty much can't go wrong with any one of the menu items. I definitely commend the management for having great service and for running an above board Taco Bell. This fast food franchise is truly indicative of how imperative it is to have good management. Management, keep up the great work!!!
