Drive thru is not good. It seems like the only time they get my order right is when we order from the app. Whenever I order a nitro cold brew, they give me a regular cold brew with ice. I say nitro repeat back nitro and everything’s good until I get to the front and it’s not a nitro. McDonalds shows me my order on the screen. Why isn’t Starbucks investing in this. Got cold brew Latte. The espresso machine was down when we were there. I thought that was super inconvenient. I needed hot coffee before getting on the Bay for fishing. The Barista was really nice and took good care of us. Thank you.
