This morning at 8:30am, I ordered a grande iced brownsugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice. And a piece of pumpkin bread. They asked if I would like the pumpkin bread warmed up and I said "No thank you."I received my drink & it had the full amount of ice they would put into a grande iced coffee.(if not, more!) I tasted it and it literally tasted like a plain iced coffee. No flavoring. No sweetness just plain iced coffee. Not shaken. Nothing. I then received my pumpkin bread and it was warmed up, after they had asked if I wanted it warmed up and I had said no.Very very verrrrrrrrry disappointed in this starbucks location & the drinks they were serving. It's not hard to put a few pumps of sweetener into a drink & shake it up!
Probably some of the friendliest staff and customer service I've ever had at a Starbucks. Unfortunately, almost every time I've ordered a hot drink, they won't fill it to the top. And if the drink comes with whipped cream I feel like they try to hide the fact it's low filled under that. If I'm paying for a grande then I want a grande. Other wise I'm just wasting money on a small drink in a larger cup.

Hello. I don’t know if you guys have notice but there is a concrete side in the middle of the road and it sucks going through it. Please make it more visible or take it off.Parking: The parking lot it’s very small and hard to get in.

I like how I can walk to this Starbucks from my work, they have really friendly employees, the service is great but I really wish they would fill my white chocolate mocha every time I go there? I would post a picture but there’s no option to do that, my cup is like 70% filled .. check your cups to make sure it’s filled… I really wish I could give 5 stars.
As much as I would like to give this new Starbucks location 5 stars, it is not deservedJust before work on a Sunday, I decided to stop by for a coffee and pastries. As soon as I got to my work, I was wondering why my cup felt so empty, I've only taken 1 sip of my coffee and I opened the lid and there was barely any coffee in it! I was pretty disappointed.I dont know why the blonde guy who works here made my drink without much of my drink in it, he made it and saw how much he put in it, and still closed the lid on it. I don't understand why.I work by a fast food restaurant near by, my coworkers have also said their drinks were not the greatest.On the positive side, the employees here are super friendly and provide great service

This place just opened up This place is a fabulous addition to this plaza! It has a very open clean design, for those that wish to do work on their laptops, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. The layout is very efficient so that you can order and just move to the left to collect your drink at the corner. This location did not exist on yelp prior to my creating it, so I had to take some effort and get the names of the staff, but I anticipate lots of people at the drive-through, which is different than the previous Burger King, so it may cause confusion until everyone realizes they have to go around to corners to get their order. The parking lot offers plenty of parking in addition to the spot directly in front of Starbucks and the bus stop for the free 24 Sebastopol Shuttle is right behind this Starbucks on Gravenstein Highway. Staff on opening day was great toby, Will, Curoline, Lei Lani, Sandra And Harrison-- it's a great opening vibes. I'm sorry that my phone is malfunctioning. I will come back to edit my review, but this is fantastic and the best thing that's ever happened to this area up in northern Sebastopol.

Not sure how it's possible for these hard working baristas to get a low rating but every single one is hard working, and kind! You don't come across a Starbucks as often as you should like this location! I'm a huge Starbucks fan and go often to multiple stores, and by far one of the best around is this location! I was lucky enough to have Gia as my specialist, and she went above and beyond! Personal thanks to the Starbucks team at this location!
