This Taco Bell has always been pretty subpar. Sadly it's one of the few drive-throughs in the city. And the only one open that has any kind of food versus coffee.Tonight, with no one behind me, I was told that my order wasn't ready and so I needed to pull out of the drive-thru basically make a u-turn in the middle of the street and come back in to the parking lot. This isn't the first time that this has happened. It is not uncommon for the employees to decide that they are not going to be working the drive-thru window. This is at least the third time this has happened in 2.5 year. And because of that I typically will stop going to them for 6 months or so.I got the loaded beef nachos which was good but didn't actually have the quantity of chips and load I was expecting. I would say 50% of my chips were the end of the bag, so they weren't good for scooping up the toppings. It would have been easier to eat it with a fork then by hand.The handicap spaces in front are inadequately marked. And people park in what appears to be the crosshatch for vans loading and unloading because of this.

Absolutely poor service and rudeness . A lead supervisor Sandra needs big time training in customer service. When I went to the corporate hotline I tried multiple times to tell my story and what went on but no one called me back. This place with this lead will keep on going down. Very poor disappointment
Awful, absolutely awful. I ordered a bean burrito and a regular crunchy taco, both were luke warm, two hours later I was in the throes of full on food poisoning. Chills, diarrhea, and the worst stomach cramps imaginable. I will never eat there again. Terrible, terrible experience. I will be reporting to the health department.

We just picked up our pre-ordered family meal.I'm sure the manager at the window will remember us as we had our Pomeranian in the front with us.We started to open the bag to confirm everything was in there, and he twice said "it's all there," so we drive away.For the 3rd trip in a row to this location MORE than 1 item was missing.This time BOTH nacho fries and 1 burrito missing :(Again.With food as expensive as it is, this just is not fair and since it's now been every single time we have come here, this is likely on purpose.They also have their phone as a fax machine so there's no accountability.Shameful. Period.Shameful

AWFUL SERVICE! The young girl with braces is incredibly rude! if you ask her how she is she will ignore you. if I ask for a large water she snuggly gives me a small. AND I've even had an experience where she didnt give me my change! when I asked for it she tried to act like I was starting a fight, when I proved to her that she didn't give me my cash back she gave me cash out of her pocke! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am embarrassed for her, she doesn't carry herself well, not the right employee for even Taco Bell!!
