I came here today with my family on the way home from Malibu very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very clean restrooms very friendly employees they cut all of there meats and cheeses fresh in front of you the quality they use for the meat tasted delicious the bread was delicious very soft this is a very good place they give you your money's worth that is for sure I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great delicious sandwich really clean and very friendly I will definitely be back here soon for future visits great meal very good I look forward to my next time coming here in the future when ever I am In this area very great food very filling thank you port of subs for the great delicious food I hope they open one up in Lincoln Or in Roseville in the future it would be a popular place to get a great meal

My fiancé and I love this place, but we haven't been back in a long time because of the girl who prepared our sandwiches the last time we went. Today, after months, we decided to go back and unfortunately the girl that prepared our sandwiches terribly the last time prepared our sandwiches again this time. She seemed to be in a rush although we were the only two customers in line. She did not change her gloves from preparing the previous customer's sandwiches so my fiancé's sandwich was covered in mustard, which he does not like. We asked for our sandwiches toasted and she toasted them for literally 10 seconds. My fiancé tossed his back in the toaster oven when we got home. We really love this place, but we won't be back for a while. We'll try again in a few months.

I don't know if it's because of them trying to save money or what but when I order a sandwich that has four different kinds of meats and onion it's twice as thick as all for meats combined that's pretty bad if they're saving money good for them but they lost my business.

Food was good, owner was extremely nice, but her employees were very rude. One employee specifically acted as if I was inconveniencing his whole life by asking about the menu. So good food, poor service. The guy got my order wrong and then wouldn't remake it so I just bought a whole other meal. Paid for 2 meals to only eat 1. Customer Service makes a difference!

There's something about Port of Subs that beats its competitor. I think it's the mustard-mayo or maybe it's the freshly sliced meats. Either way I do prefer this place over the way of the Sub any day! On my most recent visit, the door didn't even finish closing behind me when I heard "hello, welcome" and "how's your day?" Feels good to be greeted and not just be another dollar that walks through the door. Back to my sandwich. It was so good. The bread was soft, the deli meats were fresh and not over salty and the fixings were crisp and delicious. I took a foot long home just so I could have leftovers. Thank you Port of Subs for getting it just right!

I thought it was cool how they slice their meat when we ordered. It seemed pretty fresh to me until they pulled out a bag of mashed avocados to spread it on the sandwich/wrap (which I ordered). Not the freshest... and they pride themselves in having the freshest ingredients. The service was whatever. Not much engagement from the staff unless they were asking what you wanted on your product. There was a lack of communication among the staff and they forgot about the toasted meat for my wrap. I was watching as other customer's sandwiches got passed down but mine was missing. Finally when it was time for me to add on additional items, the staff looked dazed and confused as to where mine was. When I got the finished product, I noticed the lettuce for the wrap was not fresh as well. It had a lot of brown spots on it and the ends were wilted... It tasted okay but not fresh.
