I came in for a reeses milkshake and some burgers after picking up my daughter from school. Was not expecting the BEST customer service because it seemed busy but the young lady with red hair was extremely helpful and told me she made my milkshake with extra care. and when i tasted it i could tell she cared. will be coming back and hoping she gets employee of the month or a raise. she was very sweet to my daughter and patient with her outburst.

Food is good, when the order is right, I go here once a week and it’s right 3/4 of the time. I think they rely heavy on being a staple in the Shafter community instead of consistent good service, should treat everyone like a new customer regardless if they know them or not. I know it’s just burgers and fries but a job is a job and you should take it seriously or learn a new skill.

Quality has decreased in the last few months. The pastrami is absolutely garbage. Looks like it’s grinded or cut down so small. It just is brittle and dry. I’d been coming here for years and lately nothing tastes the same as it once did

Came here to try the burgers and they were pretty good. The biggie burger was great- grilled flavorful patties stacked in the delicious burger. We enjoyed the prices and the meal. We got enough food for 7 of us- 40 bucks. The prices and enjoyable meal make me want to come back for seconds.

GRILLED CHEESE W/PICKLES. MMMMM, LOVE IT. Apparently there's a shortage on PICKLES here. WE ORDER THEM, WE GET CHARGED FOR THEM, but somehow they are never on the sandwich ..PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS!
SECOND: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE . ONE LINE, NOT 3.( SO PLACE A SIGN)I WAITED OVER 15 MINUTES BEFORE I WAS EVEN ADDRESSED .THEN WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER (FOOD WAS COLD/SOGGY/GROSS) I ASKED THE GIRL THERE IF I COULD HAVE A WORD W/A MANAGER, NO REPLY BACK,JUST SLAMMED THE LITTLE SCREEN WINDOW. AND WE WAITED AN ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES IN THE HOT SUN.101degrees to be exact.(NO AC INSIDE/FLIES EVERYWHERE .
3: HIRE OR HAVE SOMEONE CLEAN OUTSIDE. GROSS TRASH KETCHUP /RANCH WIPED ON TABLES, EMPLOYEES SMOKING and returning to work the grill without washing their hands.UNSATISFACTORY BY THE VETERAN EMPLOYEES.SET BETTER EXAMPLES TO YOUR NEW EMPLOYEES. THIS PLACE IS GROSS.
GENERALS NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED BY THE FDA// I WILL BE REPORTING TO BBB AS WELL.

Such a shame how the staff treats their customers after they get the order wrong. Slamming the window and it was management. Use to come here weekly for lunch but it’s not even worth it any more. They don’t care about your food they just want to get it out. If you want a sloppy burger and horrible attitude then come here.

Ordered a burger and it came out super messy, the burger was all over including the sauce. The front counter person Laura had an attitude taking my order from the very start to the point of when I got my food. Was also rude when I had asked a simple question. Would not recommend going here at all.
