Orders online in the morning. Drink said would be read 5:17 showed up at 5:22 drink was not ready. the app notified that drink was ready so when I asked the lady said sorry l'm working on it. She then made 3 other drinks so l asked again about mine a few minutes later and she told me I'm working on it. Told her to forget it because I was late for work and she said she had it in her hand getting it done so l waited 2 more min I didn't get drink till 5:34 and the coffee was not good. Don't recommend this place specially with worker lying about working on drink. HORRIBLE!!!

The sweetheart that took my order came to my table and asked me if my matcha frappe was sweet enough, it was not at all, I was honest and she told me they changed the recipe and no longer add or use the sweetener they used to use, she remade my frappe with sweet cream and it was the best one I have ever tasted, she even told me how to order it next time to get it that way in the future, I been really bummed been looking for work and my depression has been at an all time high , her note on my cup and how she made me feel important when this world has been beating me down , might have just saved my life. I wish I got her name . God bless you , you made my day today . Tears flowing down my cheeks as I write this in the parking lot.
