Ordered a Asada burrito and it was 90% rice… was really craving an asada burrito not a rice burrito. Y’all need to do better if your to charge $12 something for a rice burrito. 2/16/24 10:30am ? won’t be coming here again.

Management need training courses. They have an employee named Dustin and he was eating food while preparing my food. I spoke with general manager about it and it seemed like she doesn't care about it. The employees there need to understand how to handle food and how to be safe with food. I did record the scene in case management does not take actions. Shafter general manager needs to do her job.

On the way from work, I stop by at the restaurant and pick up tacos and burritos for me and my husband, it was taco Tuesday, so that place was quite busy. I waited about 30 minutes so went to the counter, asked for my order was ready. One of the staff brought the order. The bag was tided so I did not opened it. I found out one Burrito was missing when I get home. I tried to call the restaurant no one answer their phone so I drove back to the restaurant to got it back. So $9 burrito became $20 burrito because I live in Bakersfield which is 20 minutes drive each way. The Tacos were too spicy even without a salsa.
Each time I've come to eat, the burritos have barely, to no beans even after requesting extra, tacos, too greasy, floors are also sticky each time I come in, honestly wouldn't recommend, just go to La Fonda or La
