Tin Cup Coffee is my favorite local spot! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. The drinks are consistently delicious whether it’s a perfectly made latte or one of their fun seasonal specials, everything is crafted with care. I also love how convenient their mobile ordering app is it makes grabbing my coffee on busy mornings so easy. Supporting a small, community-focused café like this is such a joy. I absolutely loved this cozy little spot—it really felt like home! The avocado toast was amazing, and the fruit was the sweetest I've ever had. And don't even get me started on the banana smoothie—so delicious! If you're looking for a must-try restaurant, this is definitely the place to be!
No wonder this place is having a hard time keeping its doors open. Who opens at 7 am on the weekday and 7:30 on a Saturday. Needless to say closed on Sunday. You need to be open when your customers need you to be open so it makes sense for them to come. In a town where majority of people have to commute to Bakersfield for work and have at least a 30 minute drive and the service is slow, who is going to waste their time being late to work?! Completely impractical. The customer service is severely lacking. The employees are rude and cold, and pay no mind to customers waiting. At least acknowledge them if you’re busy so they don’t feel like they are being completely ignored. Change your hours to where people can actually come support your business. I’m fed up.
