I'm going to say everything about this place was great. Service was excellent! Food was excellent Especially the pastrami sandwich! I live 25 miles away and I don't mind the drive. The owners are very hard working people who make you feel welcome. I looked for something negative that I could point out, I could not see or find anything! I really like this place.

I didnt HATE it. When we arrived, it was just me and my family there. We ordered one pepperoni pizza there. It took like almost an hour to get our food. My kids were upset, and we tried to entertain them. There was like 3 machines, and we put a dollar into one of them and it didnt work. We ended up waiting forever, though the food was delicious. If you have somewhere to be, dont go, if you want a chill long night, (spending most the time waiting for your food) then go. Overall i might go again... Mostly cause the food is so good.

Called the Shafter location today around 10:20am, I wanted to order a pizza, the person on the phone was rude, rushing and hung up on me mid-sentence asking for the total, I call back asked for the total, she gave me a higher price than what was online, I asked her why is it higher and she said our prices increased, I would have kept the order but she was so nasty, I said just cancel the order, guess what, she hung up on me again. Horrible.
