Tried pizza factory again and AGAIN they were late ( we live about 10 minutes from the location). They took over an hour to deliver still not here yet and it’s 20 minutes after the delivery estimate and I just don’t understand why it takes them so long. I’m never ordering from here again. Terrible delivery service.

Best pizza I have had in a long time! Took a while to get it as we were a big party but well worth the wait. I know Pizza factory is a chain and there used to be one in lone pine on highway 395 when we would head up toward Mammoth lakes. Been quite a few years since I've been there, but the pizza is just as good as remembered!

Edit: I ordered online, I got it over 30 minutes late, pizza was super thin (didn't order that way) wings were cold and ranch was hot. Super disappointed
We ordered a veggie pizza with chicken. It came without chicken, so we took it back. The turn around was ok, but I went to ask for ranch and jalapeños and I was charged 50 cents for jalapeños. Even though they made the pizza wrong. The pizza is always good, but if you can't afford to give a customer who got the wrong pizza a 50 cent cup of jalapeños, then, I don't know.

I made an online order (06/28/25 Delivered after 1900). It arrived on time, the delivery driver was a total sweet heart. I asked her if she had any crushed red pepper, and parmesan cheese which she said she didn't, and offered to go back and get some which I declined, then even explained to me how to make sure I would get it on my next online order. Offering to go back and get some was definitely awesome customer service! Thank you for the awesome experience!
