We went there on Saturday about noon and we had the most amazing time! We were given many different tastings of the great variety of wine he makes! They're incredible with the different flavors. I personally am not a wine expert at all. However, I've never experienced the way each one had its own unique flavors and where in my mouth I would feel it. Amazing! Ridgetop Cellars is a lovely new wine tasting room in Shasta Lake, a great addition to its downtown area that's trying to revitalize. They do wine tastings, glasses, and sell bottles, all of their own wines made in Whitmore.The space seems newly remodeled, warm and welcoming with different seating areas of different styles, and Jay, the owner, is friendly and communicative. Overall a pleasant experience.
