Great lunch stop with kids. The staff are friendly, lots of seating and a huge arcade/play area for kids. The pizzas are tossed and prepared in front of us. We found that the pizzas might have required a bit more time in the oven since the dough/cheese were still a bit raw.

I was so excited I order from them all the time , and I don't know what changed or if it was the person cooking , but absolutely horrible quality today my bbq chicken pizza a large had like 10 small pieces of chicken as well as a I ordered a large chicken bacon garlic and barely any chicken on it again , completely disappointed.. along with the taste was off an the cheesy bread doesn't taste right either I don't know but I don't think I will be back

We love Pizza Factory in Shasta lake City! We ordered tonight over the phone with Olivia she was very sweet and was sure to read back my order perfectly. We got a call back from Charles about detail on our pizza and he was very professional and we appreciated the call. Gabby the manager spoke with us and assured us she packed up our order perfectly the presentation was beautiful and she was so professional. Amber our delivery driver was amazing and very sweet, she was on time and very polite. Thank you Shasta Lake Pizza Factory we love you and we will be back for more!

I first tried a Pizza Factory after officiating a high school playoff football game in Quincy around 2000. I remember thinking this was pretty good pizza for such an unassuming place. After 2010 we bought a house in Dunsmuir and visited the Pizza Factory there a few times. Same result. After moving to Shasta Lake we've been to the Pizza Factory many times, eating in, having it delivered and getting take-out. It's consistently good (I'll take consistently good over sometimes great, sometimes bleh). I've never had a burnt crust or soggy crust, never been left looking for peperoni or other toppings. One thing about the SL Pizza Factory is they are almost always busy. Call ahead if you're taking out. If they say 40 minutes, don't show up in 30. And.... they support local youth sports and programs. If they're a little slow now and again I'll cut them some slack.
