I’m always doubtful when I see a 5 star review, but this neighborhood gem certainly deserves it. The staff is friendly, everything is clean, but the food!!! We ordered the family plate (to eat there) which was to feed 4, and we could only eat about half - it could feed 4 growing teenagers. Everything they brought out was delicious. There was a plate of pickled vegetables, a bowl of fantastic hummus with pita, a large plate of garlic fries, a plate full of grilled vegetables, and a large platter full of grilled meats. Everything was flavored to perfection. The beef kabob was cut-with-a-fork tender. I would definitely come back. The only problem is that it is too close to home and I’d be temped to go too often!

OMG! This is the best Mediterranean style food I have had in my life! This place does not disappoint. From the customer service to the food… everything was great. The food is so fresh. Myself and wife both got the chicken wrap, and let me tell you guys, this thing was Busssingg! Will definitely be back. The 40 min ride from where we stay was definitely worth it ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A&V Grill Kitchen is FIREEEE?! The food is incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. Seriously, stop what you’re doing and head there! The service was exceptional, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity. My husband and I will definitely be back—this is now our local favorite spot for Mediterranean-style food. 10/10 would highly recommend!

My husband loves Armenian food, I’m not a real fan, but I like it. We love fancy restaurants and environments, which this place is not. It has three tables inside and two outside, but most customers coming in are for take out. The ambiance doesn’t matter as long as the food is great!
Since I tried the combo no. 12 “beef & chicken” I’m an absolute fan of this restaurant. The guys who are cooking and serving are extremely friendly, they love and are proud of what they serve. They work fast and present the food so that it looks inviting. The pieces of chicken are juicy, not overcooked & not undercooked - just perfect. Also the salad & hand cut French fries were absolutely flavorful, prepared with different herbs. Almost too good to be called side dishes. The soup of the day was a chicken soup, very flavorful and rich with chicken meat, small pieces of potatoes and different herbs. For me it had a kind of chicken tortilla soup taste, but my husband feel it is more like a mixture of a Jewish deli chicken soup & Mexican tortilla soup. We both loved it! All of the portions are generous. There is parking in front of the restaurant.
