Horrible ice cream go somewhere. Made me puke when I tried it don't recommend. The donut ice cream they have is not that good.

Amanda, who works at this location, and Heydi the regional manager went above and beyond for me! I would definitely recommend Amanda and Heydi for a promotion. They are both extremely caring, professional, and diligent. Ice cream is delicious, also!

The service was okay. There were not as many flavors as it showed online. I bought a pint for myself however the taste did not match well. I'm sorry but for the price I paid for the pint was not worth it. I would have had better ice cream from Rite Aid. For some reason the flavors seem to be bad. Again the service was awesome but the flavors keep getting worse.

Why would you get rid of frozen hot cocoa flavor??? This review has nothing to do with service of this location but solely based on the fact that they got rid of one of my favorite flavor. I came here religiously once a week for their frozen hot cocoa flavor. It was the only flavor that was not overly sweet. They replaced it with killer chocolate which is absolutely horrible. It's so sweet and left a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I will not come here again if and until they bring back frozen hot cocoa.Apparently they got rid of it to create more of a selection. Stupid idea. Why would you have killer chocolate brownie and dark matter brownie batter? They taste practically the same. The frozen hot cocoa was at least a much lighter chocolate. You actually limited your selection.

I love this place! The flavors they have are all unique and super yummy. My favorite is cookie butter and Saigon coffee. They are a bit pricey but I think it's worth it.
The ice cream itself was fine. Slightly on the ice crystal-y side, but fine overall. My cup however, was far from fine. My ice cream was leaking and I noticed the bottom of the cup had come loose and eventually almost fell off. I was holding it up with my pinky and ran inside to show them that I needed a new cup and had lost some of the ice cream along with the bottom. All they said was "oh I'm sorry" and gave me an empty cup. It's not my fault that their cups were defective. I paid $6 for one scoop of ice cream. All I get is a small "sorry" after losing a quarter of my ice cream. I didn't make a big deal out of it or asked for anything else since I expected them to at least offer me the ice cream I lost. I need to remember to not ever stop at any of their locations if that's how much they care about customer service.

This was my first time trying Afters Ice Cream. I tried the Triple C on a waffles cone. So good! I definitely recommend trying it. I wish there were tables and chairs to enjoy sitting down with family. They had more of a bar style setup. Not much of a vibe. It was too hot outside to wn. But yes, try it! They sell t-shirts too...
