Went in the past and when they were open great experience. BUT beware- inconsistent hours. Went on a recent Saturday at 12:40am and they were closed, despite their website, apple and google saying 2am (I get last call at 1 something). I emailed the bar on their website offering a chance to respond before posting this review but no follow up. Sounds like something is up at the place lately perhaps.

Hole in the wall with loud trivia game happening.Hard to find. Just on little sign that says Bar.Tbwkr bouncer had to lead us there from the street corner...We ended up enjoying a lovely French themed restaurant and bar instead.

Found this bar acidently, but probably one of my favorite bars in Ventura. You go here for an experience. Make sure to sit at the bar! Bar men’s are super fun and experienced, I was able to order drinks that I wasn’t able to get in other bars. Honestly a must go place. My only bad take was that two of my cocktails costed as much as 4 that my friend ordered which was a bit sketchy.

I live this place, and everything about it is wonderful - creative drinks, friendly staff, loungey chairs, and good music. But the one thing that made them lose one star is the volume of the music. Everytime I come here, I lose my voice by the end of the night.. Lower the volume a little, please! It's impossible to hear the people you are sitting across from ?

I've been to this spot twice and it's awesome! The owner is so welcoming and really knows his mixology. My friend and I were looking for a dinner spot afterwards and he recommended us to a Hawaiian restaurant down the street, and it was so good!Dope drinks, dope vibe, dope people
Went here with a date. Her & I both had an amazing time! Loved the atmosphere, service, and timeless decor. It was "the vibe". Fair drink prices & friendly all around. FYI: this place still requires proof of CV19 vaccination to attend. Keep that in mind when planning a date or reservation.

This place makes amazing cocktails! The vibe IS NOT pretentious but it still has amazing drinks and you can tell the staff takes so much pride in what they do. So far I have had the Paloma, the Moscow mule, and the fire water and all were insanely delicious. I could drink 27 fire waters they were so amazing. My boyfriend said it was the best old fashioned he has ever had.Also. I came here for Thursday trivia and it was a blast!! Super fun and freeYou can get here through the bar Tekila and the entrance is a book case. Highly recommend!!

First time here and loved it! A tad pricier than some of the bars I'm used too but not by much and the drinks made it worth it! Speakeasy with super moody awesome decor, and although it is relatively small it wasn't packed and we had tons of space which is good to know for future since we went in a Saturday night. Love that! The bartenders were all super friendly and were literally prepared to make you anything you wanted off menu depending in what you were in the mood for! They also serve snacks from the Mexican restaurant next door, we would have loved some sweet snacks in the menu as well (churros please haha!) But super happy to find this place and will definitely return.
