Review by Darren Chaker - this location is small but always has great employees and parking directly in front of the store. The juice bar is ready to make a healthy drink for you (Detox is my favorite) and the lines to check out are fairly quick.

Very disappointed in this WholeFoods. I'm a frontline worker with a pregnant wife and care for my father who has a disability. I was denied access because I didn't meet the criteria for the 7am - 8am window. Mind you it was 7:40 am and just got out of a 12 hour shift. I don't mind waiting the extra 20 minutes to enter the store but the Manager was a total j*** and very unprofessional. I didn't raise my voice or start a scene but the manager acted as if I was being "non complaint" just because I told him I was picking up some groceries for my wife and dad. Smdh!

This review is specifically for Cynthia. I know we're experiencing this Covid-19 pandemic but I took one step over the "mark," in line and she told me to step back in a very rude tone. I'm really saying like one tiny baby step. It was ridiculous how fast she snapped at me and her tone was unprofessional. I realize we are all trying to be safe, as I am shopping here for my grandma to avoid getting her sick... so safety IS important and this store is doing it right...but her tone of voice and the way she approached me was not the way I would speak to someone. I tried to call the phone number here to speak to management but no one answered. So I'm leaving this here.
Nice atmosphere and helpful staff the only reason I'm not giving it a five star review is because of the bad parking. But great products all in all!

I don't usually come to this particular location but it's on my way home and when there's traffic I have stopped by to avoid rush hour. It's literally across from the 101/405 freeway entrance so it always congested in this area. Even now during covid, there was a lot of traffic! The handful of times I have been here to this location it's pretty busy but very clean and organized. I had lunch here one time as well after a hike and our order was prepared in a timely manner and service has always been great! Very helpful, kind and attentive staff. They also have the best fresh flower options! I always get suckered into buying fresh flowers when I go to any Whole Foods! The only minor issue I have with this location is the parking situation, it's always so crowded and parking isn't big enough for the size of the store!

Had a small issue that a WF employee wasn't able to handle re: general policy. Spoke with manager Matthew who agreed there was a solution that didn't compromise policy, and would resolve problem immediately. And, just like that... done! Thanks, Matthew.

Worst location ever for the Whole Foods company. 2 armed guards standing around you at all times eyeing customers. Pathetic company treating customers like prisoners. Please boycott this location.

I always go to this Whole Foods because I work around here and now I'm able to drive up with amazon prime now with this whole pandemic and get my order dropped off at my car. One of the employees, a male with glasses and a blue flannel with the name Gerald was very helpful and I got everything I ordered correctly!!
