Ive enjoyed this place every visit. The staff are extremely friendly always greeting and remembers your name and order being a regular. Theyre hard-working employees serving great, delicious food. Affordable, reasoning prices in these difficult times as for some owners. I love that the staff works with you, cooking your order to your liking. My favorite is the breakfast burrito wrap in a bowl with the eggs cooked sunny-side up as oppose to being scrambled in their dish. Fries...
I thought the spending minimum to get parking validation was tacky. I witnessed another patron being asked if he wanted to tip to reach the $20 minimum.
The food is standard for the price point but nothing extremely special that makes the price worthwhile.
There is no atmosphere that welcomes you to sit and stay awhile but that is not the fault of the workers who were both very nice.

The breakfast egg and bacon sandwich was delicious and the most reasonably priced item on the menu. The other prices were quite high for a place with no ambiance. Very sad that they charged a 3% fee for using a credit card and never told me. I saw it on the receipt afterwards. That is not cool.
