Unfortunately had a horrible experience here. Staff was standoffish, acted like getting one sample was annoying in an empty store. She then broke up the sample stick in the ice cream before giving me the scoop.

After I paid and walked a little bit away, I nearly choked on a spiky ice cream chunk(?) and pulled it out of my mouth to find that broken off piece of sample stick!! Why would you scoop from that same area? Also the cone was stuck to the wrapping paper, which I couldn't get off no matter how hard I tried, so I had to either eat paper or throw the cone away. I did the latter.

Why did I leave tip? Probably because she moved the jar to the front as I paid. That was my bad.

Located in Sherman Oaks Galleria on 1st floor. What can I say? This brand is the best ice cream. What I loved most about this location was the creative mural on the wall. Hats off to the artiste !

Was only customers in store when we arrived; there were 2 staff members. Only one would assistance us. My group was 7 people, and the other staff member just watched doing nothing as we were slowly served. Until another customer group of 4 comes in and starts serving them immediately. Didn't make any sense until she did it AGAIN after the next group came in. Meanwhile we are waiting 20 minutes to get service.

The service is good here. The location is clean and public restrooms. The staff was professional and friendly. Sign up for the birthday club for a free small scoop. The seven layer bar ice cream was not that great. I’m sure the other flavors are good. Seven out of ten recommend.

Two years in a row this place has gone above and beyond for my son's birthday ice cream cakes, having them ready early. I heard on the phone today that it was the manager that made this happen--appreciated SO much! Thank you!

Reply to owner's response: So you allow dogs in a food establishment against health code to roam around freely in your store and you're scared to ask a customer to take their dog outside? You must be joking.Allowing dogs inside already is bad enough but allowing a customers two big dogs to roam freely around the store with no leash while the dog's owner plays on their phone is even worse. Never going back here.
