Literally one of the best services i have received at a Ben & Jerry's. The place was absolutely neat and well cleaned, spotless even!!! The food was absolutely breathtaking, i loved it. The staff was even better, Luisa (the person that took my order) was very kind and considerate. She gave me options and recommendations for what type of ice cream i should try. Absolutely the best customer service from her and definitely deserves a raise!! I will most definitely be coming back to get some more ice cream here.

It is really unfortunate, I walked into the store front and had a really poor experience. 1. I was not greeted which is such a bad introduction to a brand that is so established. 2. My fiance were limited to two samples each, which in comparison to the large selection did not allow us to survey the flavors. 3. When reviewing pricing the prepackaged pint was the same as a single scoop, so when trying to find the flavor that I tried there was no chunky monkey. So I asked if they had it in the back they said no but can can give you a fresh pint for $3 more. Which is the same as a cone add on. I had a really bad expirence which make me not want to support the brick and mortar business.

Reply to owner's response: So you allow dogs in a food establishment against health code to roam around freely in your store and you're scared to ask a customer to take their dog outside? You must be joking.Allowing dogs inside already is bad enough but allowing a customers two big dogs to roam freely around the store with no leash while the dog's owner plays on their phone is even worse. Never going back here.

Our normal go-to for ice cream cakes is Baskin Robbins... just because that's what we're used to.For my husband's 40th I decided to go for B&J because we always eat their ice cream at home.It was a huuuuuuuuge hit. Every single person commented on how good it was. It was fun to watch everyone try to guess the flavors (Golden blondie and tonight dough). There were no leftovers. Ever drop of the half sheet was consumed.Will definitely remember this for next time we need an ice cream cake!

Should have at least put a time when you would be back. Did not pay for parking to just stand around not knowing when someone might be back from break to serve ice cream...Update based on the response. It was two pretty unfriendly ladies working, did they both need to use the restroom at the same time? I saw them come back from this break laughing and giggling. If it was a restroom break maybe one could have went and the other could have managed the store.
The employees at this Ben's are the best!The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because you never know when they're open

My daughter craved an ice cream. It was a small shop, pretty inside. They pretty much have the fave flavors. They do have the app that you sign up to earn points toward rewards. Cool One of the stores at the Sherman Oaks Galleria

We always order non-dairy pints through UberEats. Don't judge lol. The girls here are always very sweet and helpful when I call in to ask about available flavors. Their non-dairy ice creams are incredible.
