Blu Jam Cafe -Sherman is my local favorite location in many ways! They have a very extensive menu with some quality vegan options including their Spicy Tofu Hash, which is my guilty pleasure meal, usually with corn tortillas and all the extra heat/hot sauce. A lot of the menu is clearly labeled with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Vegan Wrap is also another favorite! Dine inside or out, and hopefully the host or hostess will remember to follow up đ They're forget about us but not the table that was sat 15 minutes after and got their meal first... Clearly super regulars. The manager followed up with us and they all made it right. Open for breakfast, brunch and lunch however this is one of the few locations that doesn't serve libation. Lots of alcohol free classics from teas to coffees, juices and more! They provide a cool carafe of herb and fruit infused water for the table. Super refreshing! Street parking only. Gender Neutral Restrooms. Pup friendly patio. Family friendly. Wi-Fi. 7 days a week on Ventura Blvd/Noble Avenue from 830 am to 2pm
This is the perfect breakfast spot! Food was delicious you can not go wrong with the crunch French toast! but the what may be the BEST part may have been the employees! Everyone was friendly and provided amazing service. With the star of the show being the manager who went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly and engaging with patrons and employees alike. Great job! You can not go wrong for breakfast at Blu Jam Sherman oaks

Warm, wonderful atmosphere and delicious HUGE servings AND gluten free vegan options that were fantastic. Order the vegan hash. So much you'll have to take some home.đ

I like this place and Iâve ordered a few times but itâs always hit or miss and I feel like itâs over priced for the quality, especially if you are ordering delivery. This morning, I ordered the lemon crepes, a dish Iâm familiar with, and they arrived looking nothing like the presentation photo (and no description). There was no whipped cream, no mint like they had shown. No lemon curd or cream filling when I cut into them. Just three plain crepes that had lemon zest on top and a slice of lemon for me to squeeze on them FOR $17 DOLLARS. I would have rated the crepes a 2 on a scale of 1-5 for flavor and a 0 for presentation. Disappointing. đ

Cute, chill spot. Came here for brunch during the weel, plenty of parking in the back (access through the alley) even their green salad and potatoes are delish!

Excellent service from Jenny!
I stopped by Blue Jam Cafe for a to-go order, and Jenny made the experience so smooth and pleasant. She greeted me with a big smile, made sure everything in my order was correct, and even checked that I had all the utensils and condiments I needed. Itâs rare to get such friendly, thoughtful service for takeout, but Jenny really went above and beyond. Thanks for making my quick stop such a great one!
I absolutely loved how welcoming this restaurant was toward dogs! đś They even have a separate menu just for dogs, which is such a thoughtful touch. My pup felt so included, and it made the whole experience extra special. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and itâs clear they truly love having dogs around. I really hope more restaurants start doing thisâit makes dining out so much more enjoyable for pet owners! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a great meal with their furry friend. â¤ď¸

Good food but the service was horrible. They greet you with a nice warm smile, but once you order through your phone itâs all down hill from there. First of all, they ask for the tip on the app before you receive your meal. We gladly gave them 18% and once that happens youâd be lucky if they come around twice to ask if you need anything. I had to get up 3x to ask if they can refill our water, mayo on the side and for to go containers. Mind you there were 4 servers on the floor and the restaurant was maybe 70% full. Itâs a horrible system they have going on and they need to fix it.

Glad they have clearly labeled vegan options with tofu! I wouldnât go out of my way to get their food, but itâs a good place to meet picky meat-eater friends/family for lunch!
The eggs Benedict and the crepes are so amazing at the cafĂŠ.

Blu Jam CafĂŠ in Sherman Oaks is one of the best breakfast and brunch restaurants in the Valley. The Frosted Flakesâcrusted Dubai Chocolate French Toast is unbelievable. Itâs crispy, sweet and stuffed with rich chocolate and yummy goodness. The Eggs Benedict is equally perfect, with poached eggs, creamy hollandaise and fresh ingredients that make it one of the best Eggs Bennys in the Valley.
The cafĂŠ has a relaxed, welcoming vibe with fast and friendly service. If youâre looking for a great brunch place in Sherman Oaks try this place.

Upon entry I was greeted without having to stand and wait long. However, I was disappointed to discover when I got home, that the potatoes included with the Tuskan scramble were a bit dry and the three slices of toast could be used as a foundation stabilizer, aka the tooth chipper. It was so hard I cracked a molar! Be careful if you dare to eat the toast! Definitely not worth the cost of my meal. More like left over reheated potatoes, and toast made from bricks. (The butter and blue jam doesn't help)
