Terrible service , 10 people after me
Got their food while i was still waiting

I’ve been here many times and this is the first time I experienced terrible service. The inability of the new girls working here to say thank you, is a little bit bonkers. I witnessed 4 patrons that thanked the girls profusely (some even wished them a good day and received a grunt for their well wishes) for their food and taking orders and not a single “thank you” was spoken by the employees. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️I ordered from their specials menu, and after the 3rd person who ordered after me got their food I went to the window and asked about my order. The young woman explained that the specials take longer, to wit I asked how much longer it might be and if she could in the future let someone know when that is the case. She replied, sarcastically that she would let *me* know in the future that it will take longer and I explained again, that it would be nice for someone to know if their order was going to take longer. There was no apology, no acknowledgement, and then later she handed me my food silently. I will not be back to this location again. One of the women had a huge stain on her sweatshirt, and both of them were grumpy. They’ve only been open for 2 hours! Call me crazy, but when I’m in LA, I don’t want to deal with NYC attitudes. it just feels like this place went from a slice of heaven and become like the majority of establishments in Los Angeles, where they do some things great and other things terribly. So sad… I really loved this place. I love Psy, too. I hope the owner or mgr reads these comments and addresses the issue.

Seek out more authentic options. Over priced and bland. Rude customer service

Great find. You can order extra eggs if you want to tweak the protein/carb ratio. Just be aware that the tables are outdoors only and they aren’t shaded in the morning.

Food is delicious. Iced coffee was way overpriced for size . Would like a shady spot to eat breakfast. My first time. Great for takeout.

Unreal. The best borekas I’ve ever had. I only wish they had a location in the city. It’s worth the drive!! It’s that good.

I just ordered for the first time today and I must say your food is fantastic! Generous portion with pickles and delicious soft boiled eggs, pickles, puréed fresh tomatoes and a small amount of hot sauce that isn’t too hot. Just right. Went to your place near corner of Van Nuys and Burbank. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Foodie find.... I tried this place out of novelty. They don't bake on-site.It's all brought in by a truck on trays. Ordering is done at a window and seating is minimal. Morning staff aren't morning people.

My name is My name is

..This place is HIGHLY overrated.. that's an understatement. The food is NOT bad.. it just has NO flavor.. no seasoning, no salt. As soon as I bit into the potato pastry, it immediately reminded me of a lower end russian piroski. If you want a cheap, flavorful & very identical taste but with more seasoning, then hit up your local russian/Ukrainian bakery.. 14 dollars for a bland pastry is CRIMINAL. This just goes to show that TikTok & YouTube food reviewers are not to be trusted. It's just a plain piroshki wrapped in a croissant texture v.s doughy bread that a piroski is made from.
& costs 4x as much.
