Order one thing, and got another. I was working so I could not go back for them to make another one, order the tiger milk and I got a Thai tea with something I can only assume was plant base milk. I love Thai tea, but that was a bad one.

Came in today, Saturday , Feb. 3d.Door was locked, after we tried to look inside, we spotted the person inside. It was 12:22pm( store is open at noon)she let us in, lights were mostly off, she was on face time with whoever.she was unprofessional and taking her time. Sorry, but it’s not a good service.

I didn’t know that all locations are privately owned. Originally went to Sawtelle location and loved it so much I tried this one since it was closer to where I live. Great customer service here! Good portions as well for kiddie size. The only thing I wish is that they offered tarot for one of the topping flavors.

As I entered, it smelled like something was burning, I oredered a boba milk tea, the Boba was hard and I had to spitted out, the milk tea had a very wierd taste and left a nasty taste in my mouth, definitely won't be coming back here again.

We went here hoping for actual "shave" ice, not snow cones. This met our wish for soft Hawaiian style ice. Good selection of flavors. I wish they had smaller sizes. The menu lists a "little kiddie," but they don't actually have that. The "kiddie" is huge. We should have shared. Now I know better.
If you were looking for a sign to come here, this is the one. This is the best shaved ice or even boba in the valley. I came here right before closing and was really hoping I could grab a boba for a friend but wasn’t sure if I’d make it. Thankfully the sweetest girl Maddie took my order last minute and was so nice about it. The boba was amazing and will definitely keep returning and you should too. Come to Brian’s Shaved Ice and Boba on Ventura! I promise you won’t regret it!!

Shaved ice was pretty good , I would go back on a hot day looking for shaved ice. The sizes they give you are extremely fair and they are not stingy on the syrup !!

Pretty good, once you muddle through the crazy menu without any help from the people who work there. The shave ice situation is weird. The menu assumes you'll want to put ice cream or other treat in the middle of your shave ice. You can get a simple shave ice but you need to ask for it. For the boba - that menu is crazzzzzy and makes no sense whatsoever. Just ask for explicitly what you want and you'll be ok. If not, you'll get some sort of drink artificially sweetened with the flavor you choose and a non dairy creamer. Yuck. It's kind of dark inside but outside is just two tiny tables in the sun that needed to be cleaned. A lot to be desired here.
