Buffalo Wild Wings

Went on a big game night and it was busy and packed, but we still got great service! The manager Andres was super helpful! the food was very good, got a sourdough smash burger with seriously the best tater tots 👌🏻 I've ever had. I don't frequent sports bars, but I'll definitely be back.

This was my first-ever visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great introduction. After my server took my order, she disappeared for about 45 minutes. The food was eventually brought out by a food runner who turned out to be the manager. I also had to get my own ketchup, and the server only reappeared when she noticed I was speaking with the manager. To his credit, the manager acknowledged that the service was not up to standard and offered a small discount, which I appreciated.
The food itself didn’t make the wait worthwhile. The burger took about 20 minutes and tasted mediocre, like it had been reheated. The only standout item was the potato wedges, which were actually good. Afterward, I looked at Google reviews for this location and noticed a clear pattern of similar service issues, which helped explain the experience. Overall, this visit felt disorganized and disappointing, especially for a first-time customer.

One star. Walked in at 11:17 PM on a Tuesday and was told the bar was “closed.” I was told I could sit at a table if I wanted to order food, but there would not be any drinks, even though the hours say the bar is open until midnight. The bartender refused to serve drinks and the manager backed it up, saying the bar rail closes at 11 which is not corporate policy. Lazy, unprofessional, and completely ruined my visit. Never coming back.

We ordered all our food and drinks from the first contact with the waiter. Food was good. But the waiter never came back. When he did we asked for a drink. Then he never came back. We waved him down, to get our check . Then again never came back. 20min after receiving our bill. We got up and went to pay upfront. Yet again they told us to wait for him to close out our bill. When there was at least three employees upfront. I witnessed at least 2 set of couples walking out due to no service. Also saw people seated at a dirty table Where there was still drinks and napkins on the table. Do with this what you will .

They said they're happy hour is from from 10bto close but online says 9 till close

The service here is horrible ! We waited for ever to be seated and didn’t get seated until we approached the staff! Then apparently they don’t have the same deals on the app in person so we actually left this establishment with a crying toddler because she was so hungry we have been waiting for an hour at his restaurant and the manger was not accommodating whatsoever in fact, she was a very rude and unwelcoming !

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but our recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was incredibly frustrating. First, the host that sat us was rude. It took so long to get our drinks and our entrees took over an hour to get. We were missing several items from our order (that we even followed up regarding) including a basket of fries that they tried charging us for. At one point we even asked for a refill and never got our drink. When we mentioned to the person who brought out our food that we were still missing drinks, she just shrugged and said she wasn’t our server. This took place on a Saturday night & it wasn’t even crazy busy. Also for our food, the nachos were just chips, no cheese. The server did end up trying to make it up by apologizing & comping an item but I would have preferred a better experience. Overall the service was extremely disorganized & disappointing.

I came here and I just say the food is super good I loved the flavor of the wings I got, I got boneless wings mild one and they tasted very good same with the onion rings, fries, mozzarella sticks, and the salad I enjoyed the food 5 stars for you guys and the waiters are very nice as well.

Waitress Liseth was extremely rude no manners definitely did not want to be there hates her job made the visit uncomfortable, she should look for a different job
