Terrible place. They take almost 40 minutes to prepare every pre-order, even though it should be ready when I arrive. On top of that, they constantly change their delivery company name — creating a new LLC every day — just to avoid paying taxes. I wouldn’t care about that, but the problem is I can’t block or downvote them in the app because every day they appear under a different business name. So I keep getting delivery requests from them, and there’s no way to opt out.

This place is a nightmare. Understaffed is the least of their problems. Overall disgusting. There is a bad odor most of the time. Do not go here and good luck getting service.

Worst customer service , wait time was horrible seems like they are short staffed
Orders were wrong & we couldn’t find our server to help Us .

Women’s bathroom are horrible , I’m not sure if they aren’t aware how unsanitary everything is

Extremely poor customer service! Had issues trying to use my rewards for an online order. Person who answered the phone said they didn’t have experience with rewards, and said they would ask the manager. Was on hold for over 20 minutes!

Came back and said sorry couldn’t help, hung up.

I called back and asked if I could speak to someone else who has experience with the rewards program. She said no. I then asked if I could just place my order over the phone with my rewards number instead. She said no and can’t help with the rewards issue. I asked again for someone else who knows. She stayed silent on the phone not putting me on hold, just leaving the phone line open ignoring me!

Hung up and tried again, but this time my call was denied all together!

Never got to speak to anyone besides this poor customer service agent. Incredibly disappointed!

Delivery system had issues, blamed my phone. Rude and placed me on hold. Hung up and drove down to get my order. Workers sitting down and doing nothing. Not busy. Just poor management/manager on duty!

The person who took the order was a guy n he was nice but took like 15 min to answer . He read the order over 3 times so I know the order was right but when I got back to the hotel I didn’t have my side of mango hab :( and my brothers fries were so dry that he couldn’t eat them cause they were hard and under seasoned . My wings were pretty tiny. And we waited 25min to pick up the food they said would take 20min and when I got there I still waited another 5 :/ I can’t go back cause I can’t eat past a certain time tonight for a procedure in the morning
