Burger king has got so ridiculously expensive and they hire rude workers when you ask nicely abt the price being so high. Heres my story happened August 2nd roughly 9ish in the morning. I go through drive thru order a whopper combo with a coke and 4 cheese burgers. She didn't tell the price till I pulled to the window. She said it was $31 and some change. I asked seriously? The combo was close to $14 dollars and the cheeseburgers were about almost $4 each. Now if you've ever had a Burger King cheeseburger there is absolutely nothing special about it. It only has ketchup and mustard nothing else. I politely asked why it was so high she got upset and asked if I wanted the food or not. I told her to cancel the combo and just give me the burgers. She rolled her eyes and physically removed the food from the bag. Now I have no problem with the food being so high inflation is ridiculous right now but for a regular cheeseburger that has nothing but ketchup and mustard when they used to cost $1 is a little outrageous I guess she doesn't control the prices but she didn't have to be so rude about it. I don't think I will be going to Burger King for another 15-20 years. I will post a pictures of the regular cheeseburgers they have the only difference is they are in a sesame seed bun which was pretty stale anyways.

Yesterday i went to go get some food at burger king in sherman oaks and the cashier Veronica was very sweet very attentive with my order!
Customer service was horrible and the people working there are so lost lol 😆 So the “how to train a dragon” meal is out. The most obvious on the menu and the lady at the drive thru seemed so lost when I was trying to order that meal or themed burger. I even said it Spanish lol anyway, I ordered a “Large” lemonade dragon movie themed, and they gave me a small cup Jaja I asked, is this the Large ? Mean, I know shrinkflation is a thing but then I saw a video online and she definitely couldn’t tell from a small to a large. If they ran out, simply be honest and tell me they just have small cups lol

I placed at order for pick up on Postmates, and I walked over to the building because I live close but the inside dining area was closed. So I walked around to the drive thru and they refused to give me my food through the window because I wasn’t in a car. What kind of service is this? Don’t allow for pick up orders through Postmates if you won’t fulfill them. How hard is it to walk out of the back and to the side door to give it to someone? Or simply hand it to me through the window? Utterly ridiculous. Had to ask another customer to retrieve it for me only for her to tell me that they’re gonna cancel my order because they “shut down the ice cream machine”
