Yesterday i went to go get some food at burger king in sherman oaks and the cashier Veronica was very sweet very attentive with my order!

Customer service was horrible and the people working there are so lost lol š So the āhow to train a dragonā meal is out. The most obvious on the menu and the lady at the drive thru seemed so lost when I was trying to order that meal or themed burger. I even said it Spanish lol anyway, I ordered a āLargeā lemonade dragon movie themed, and they gave me a small cup Jaja I asked, is this the Large ? Mean, I know shrinkflation is a thing but then I saw a video online and she definitely couldnāt tell from a small to a large. If they ran out, simply be honest and tell me they just have small cups lol

I placed at order for pick up on Postmates, and I walked over to the building because I live close but the inside dining area was closed. So I walked around to the drive thru and they refused to give me my food through the window because I wasnāt in a car. What kind of service is this? Donāt allow for pick up orders through Postmates if you wonāt fulfill them. How hard is it to walk out of the back and to the side door to give it to someone? Or simply hand it to me through the window? Utterly ridiculous. Had to ask another customer to retrieve it for me only for her to tell me that theyāre gonna cancel my order because they āshut down the ice cream machineā

$15 for a mediocre sandwich with a small combo. Food tastes a little better. Got my order wrong. Bad experience with another customer. Now I remember why I stopped coming to this place for 10+ years. Thanks, but no thanks

I think Burger King still cares enough to stay on the field of play with the day dog they emerged in the last 15 years or so. Thereās a standard that they arenāt letting up on. At least this location cares. Itās hard to rate fast food because Iāve had them ask in bad nights with employees that are having bad nights. Itās just how it goes. Thereās a lot of bang for the $ at Burger King and Iām ok with that!
It's one of the best Burger King. My food is always fresh and hot. Friendly service.

My meal was pretty good, burger has good deals for low prices but the only thing that's not a good deals are there drinks a small was 3 and some change like sweet Christmas usually go to 711 for the drink but other than that tried there duo chicken fries french fries and whopper jr but guess what no drink lol
