This cava location is horrible service is bad employees have bad energy and attitude they are starting to become like chipotle with their food portions and they have attitude problems when you ask to double the toppings every one that works here except the tall white dude he was cool

So my gf ordered two chicken shawarma bowls thru postmasters today cost $50 and we got ripped off. The bowls were half filled with only a few tiny shreds of chicken in it. Left us completely disappointed upset and STILL hungry.

Went to Cava for the first time today, I'm new to the Sherman Oaks area, and Kevin helped me make my bowl! He was very knowledgeable about the food, and introduced me to the Harrissa chicken bowl. I'm not a fan of spicy, but he informed me it was a good spicey. He was spot on, it's soooo good. Kevin was so kind to me. I was considering going to Chipotle, and will always go here over Chipotle for as long as I'm in the area. Shout out to Kevin, thank you again for your help and your amazing customer service!
Shawn at CAVA is seriously the best. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he actually cares about customer service and keeping things moving smoothly, even when it’s busy. The energy he brings really makes a difference. Definitely made my visit better—CAVA needs more people like Shawn.
