Went to Cava for the first time today, I'm new to the Sherman Oaks area, and Kevin helped me make my bowl! He was very knowledgeable about the food, and introduced me to the Harrissa chicken bowl. I'm not a fan of spicy, but he informed me it was a good spicey. He was spot on, it's soooo good. Kevin was so kind to me. I was considering going to Chipotle, and will always go here over Chipotle for as long as I'm in the area. Shout out to Kevin, thank you again...
Shawn at CAVA is seriously the best. He was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was perfect. You can tell he actually cares about customer service and keeping things moving smoothly, even when it’s busy. The energy he brings really makes a difference. Definitely made my visit better—CAVA needs more people like Shawn.
