Gave me an incomplete, wrong size sub! I ordered a large and got the medium size with what appeared to be the same small amount of chicken. NO SAUCE on it. Shorted on the under-cooked fries. This would have been $17 without the coupon!?!?! Are you KIDDING ME!? Even at $12.xx it was WAY too much. What happened to the toasted bun?

Loved this place since high school! The fries are my absolute favorite and I always go back for refills. Simple, delicious, and the customer service is awesome!

I ordered through Seamless. Order never arrived. So I had to spend another 10 minutes getting a refund. They don’t answer their phone. Just save yourself the bother and order elsewhere

Rude Lazy redhead finally came to the front after waiting 5mins gave me a diry look and wouldn't serve me a drink cuz they're "short staffed" and "if others see me getting something" she'll have to work!!

You know what? For a chain, it's really good, that's what. I don't know what people expect, but each time I've had the regular Philly it's been tasty, well-prepared, and I've been happy, cheesesteak-wise. And let me tell you, lately I have had some VERY rank Philly cheesesteaks from other jernts - really rank. So, I'll take Charley's any day of the week. It's inside the Westfield mall in Sherman Oaks, so I can actually walk there. Now, as you know, I'm the only one you need to listen to. I'm not a teen, I've been around the block, cheesesteak-wise, and I suspect you'll be happy with your meal and the price is right compared to other jernts. In fact, I want one now as I write this. Unfortunately, it's two in the morning. Well, tomorrow is another day.
Was reluctant to order from this place given the low ratings and bad reviews. I decided to read some of the reviews to see why the rating was so low and it looks like for the most part people enjoy the food but their order was incorrect or missing items. I decided to give them a shot which didn't work out for me at all. I was missing not one but two items from my order. I guess they just really care much.

Really upset with the meal I just had. Ordered the fiesta cheesesteak and fiesta fries. Everything was terrible. Steak had no grilled peppers and onions. Was dry and flavorless. The employe grilling didn't seem to know what he was supposed to do. Fries were burn and soggy. Will not come back. Just gross and waste of money.

I love this place! Customizable sammies are right up my alley. They had been closed the last few times I went, so I was pleasantly surprised last week when they were open. I usually just get a chicken Philly and it's always on point. My fave mall food spot. Oh, the lemonades are amazing!!
