I really enjoy Chick-fil-A’s food and sauces, but the packaging on the sauce packets needs serious improvement. This isn’t just one sauce — it happens with all of them. The lids almost never peel open cleanly. They tear unevenly, rip halfway across, or only expose a small corner of the sauce. Sometimes the seal is so tight that the lid bends the container when you pull it, and other times it opens diagonally instead of straight across. It makes dipping frustrating and messy. For something as simple as a sauce packet, it shouldn’t feel like a struggle to open. A redesign of the peel-back lid so it opens smoothly and fully in one motion would greatly improve the customer experience. The sauces are great — but the packaging consistently makes them harder to enjoy than they should be. I hope this gets improved.

Great food but 3 people dining should not get only 3 napkins. When asked for more napkins and sauce manager was hesitant but did hand me 2 napkins and 1 sauce but never said a word which is in my opinion very rude and poor customer service.

This CFA has been absolutely fantastic. I've stopped by 2-3 times since opening and I couldn't be happier with everything.
Service is always fantastic, employees are all kind, friendly, courteous, and attentive.
My order is always ready quick whether it's a slow time or during a meal rush. And the food is always hot, fresh, and made right.

Every time I’ve placed a pickup order at this location, there has been some kind of issue. Either the order was given to the wrong person, taken by someone else, or prepared incorrectly. On top of that, the fries are unbelievably salty every single time

New location opened up a couple of months ago. it is South of Magnolia & on Van Nuys blvd. Next to burger King. I love this location as it is closer than Burbank location. Plenty of seating and only a few charging places against back wall. THe front of the restaurant has tall glass windows that are light and bright.

I enjoyed having a lunch date with my teens at this new location. The architecture and decor is 1950s. The car prints and paint designs leading into the restrooms is in fashionable dedication to the 1950s-1970s past time of cruising up & down Van Nuys Blvd. This location is a bit smaller and its' dining room is less spacious than the Burbank Chick-fil-A. The staff didn't use the number system and they used a server to bring the food to the table by looking for me by name. The very young man ran a quick lap around the dining room with my order, not pausing to hear me ask if he was looking for us. Hence, my food wasn't as hot. But the unsweetened iced teas with the lemon wedges is consistently tasty and refreshing...

No Drive through? SERIOUSLY? And you HAVE to order using an APP, even for take away? Ridiculous. POOR PLANNING, you open a new store, with PLENTY of room to include a drive through… Disappointed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This new location recently opened and their service has been extremely slow the multiple times that I’ve gone. Today we went and sat in the car pickup spot for 20 minutes and nothing… went in to ask about it and the manager was rude. Didn’t believe that I’d been parked there and rolled his eyes. Really disappointing experiences consistently so far, much different than the service we’ve all come to expect from Chickfila.
Great place just not that good on parking and no drive thru.

At 740 pm I received my purchase to go at this location today s date 1/20/2026 as I bit into my sandwich I heard an unusual crunch felt like a pebble of some sort so naturally I chewed slowly to feel what I was chewing on unfortunately I didn’t find anything so I kept eating my sandwich and there it was again felt like grain of sand of some sort when I checked my tooth I could feel a sharp edge to a crown on my molar as I checked in mirror I could see the crown cracked due to whatever was in the chicken . Right away I called the manager JEAN CALVIN AND EXPLAINED WHAT OCCURRED. His reply is he would compensate on a meal , I’m not sure if your aware sir but dentist aren’t cheap ! I’ll definitely visit my dentist tomorrow morning . If this occurred to anyone else at this location please feel free to contact me because I’m sure it wasn’t just my patty that had something in it

I want to take the time that if your ordering Extra lettuce and tomato. I been in this restaurant 6 times since opening. I pay all the time for extra tomato and lettuce. 6 times they always forget to add extra tomatoes or lettuce. Even had manager look at my burger. But today was different Jayden explained in detail that there burgers have only 2 slices of tomatoes and 1 leaf lettuce extra will just add 2 more tomatoes and 1 extra leaf lettuce. No other employee have explained that to me even the Manager. Since I understood now how it works for next time I will order correct way, pay like I always had and there's no misunderstanding. Chick-fil-A Employee thank you for explaining in detail and having good employees
