“I always love a good Papa John's Pizza! I called in and had a fairly difficult time finding the location. I mentioned some landmarks to which she said yep, that's the one, to which it wasn't. I ended up finding the spot and got my pizza slightly warm because it took so long. I love the pizza but I am not a fan of the outsourcing of the phone calls as they are not local and don't use Google maps to verify your questions.“

This would normally be really upsetting, but the employee I talked to, Leilani, apologized for the situation, and offered to re-make my pizzas right then, and said she would throw in a free order of cinnamon twists to make up for the inconvenience of having to wait. I appreciated her friendly demeanor and willingness to make sure I was taken care of. Leilani turned a negative experience into a positive experience, and I want to thank her!“
