For vegetarian people like me they have vege options and tastes good

I came in at 10:20 PM, and you were already out of tortilla, salsa, chicken, condiments, and drinks. On top of that, the staff was rude. If you’re going to stop serving or close by 10:20, don’t list 11 PM as your closing time. Very disappointing.

AVOID. Worst Chipotle ever. Zero service, Restroom not working - dirty plates everywhere, rude employees!!! Food average!!

It has good taste, and enjoy eating. I love it. Mmm

I’ve now enjoyed most of the menu… and it’s good food at a reasonable price. Service is fast and the food is always fresh!

Honestly one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ordering, my friends and I asked for water cups and the cashier proceeds to slam the cups on the counter making a loud sound. This isn’t the first time we’ve dealt with rude employees from her and probably won’t be the last based on the previous reviews. It’s disappointing to know management hasn’t done anything to change the attitude of their employees. The cashier who always gives bad service is the one with blue hair along with the other girl with glasses. Don’t come to this chipotle if you want good service. Clearly they don’t enjoy their jobs and like to make others feels like we are inconveniencing them.

Good food, the place gets busy at time so it's better to order for pickup ahead of time. There are time when the Guac is not served fresh which is the only disappointment I've experienced in this location other than getting in and out of the parking lot.

Absolutely rude worker Blonde white boy with blacked framed glasses and a black mask, my mother needed the bathroom and politely asked what was the code he then proceeded to look her up and down and ignored her. Wasn’t until another worker overheard and let her know the password themselves. Restroom code is 1279 Enjoy 😋🫶🏼

I came into the restaurant today and as I approached the register a female cashier or crew member stared me down with a look of disgust.

Personnel just don’t care about you. Rude! 👎🏻

SUPER RUDE!!! Always have an attitude even though they are the ones who can’t staff enough people. ID RATHER DRIVE AN HOUR THEN GO HERE. Shut this chipotle DOWN.

This place is genuine disgusting. I should leave with a tobacco bottle for having to eat in this pigsty

I ordered using the mobile app and that went smoothly. I arrived at pickup time and my order was not ready on the mobile orders pickup stand. I looked around and stood by the cashier. None of the other ten employees bothered asking if I needed help. After the cashier helped the person in front of me they just walked off even though I was next in line.

I had to look around more and I noticed brown bags on the side and had to go stand by them and ask if they are my order. The employee asked my name and just handed it to me without saying a word.

Just didn’t get good service. When I ordered I saw the tip request to “help the staff that prepares your order”. I felt bad and tipped but this tipping culture is out of hand. Especially when I had 0 interaction with them. Why isn’t chipotle compensating them enough and doing it the right way. Happy to tip when I actually interact and receive a good service experience
