Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ive come to this location probably 50 times. This time
it was 40 min before closing
and they were out of meat. I waited 20 min for them to make a new batch of chicken and the guy at the front was nice enough to give me a little bit extra for waiting and then some lady came up to him
to say that he gave me too much and forced him to dump some
back or they were going to charge me extra and wanted to leave me with even less than i’d get for a normal portion. I ended up leaving with no food and lost 20 min of my life i’ll never get back. don’t come to this location!!!!!

usually loving chipotle but this place is may not the best of all they have . today i usually want that guacamole but bc they just made my bowl so economic small spoon i thought its not worth . when i ask the lady to get more they add 2 slised tomato more on it , no difference. other chipotle really make worthy Potts and fresh adds . the food looks and taste also not 100 % Fresh, anymore.

But usually love chipotles, you have to see food before

Staff looks miserable. Skimpy on protein. Overall vibe is dreary for a Chipotle no enthusiasm left for these types of employees

This is by far the worst chipotle with the worst service ever they tried to charge me extra for cheese and lettuce on the side of a kids meal I go to different chipotle locations and it has never been an issue, but this has been the third time that I come to this location and the lady at the front has given me an issue. Maybe you should be considered who you’re hiring here very rude.

I came here recently after work. It took awhile before me and some other customers were served due to inventory and other protocols, which I had no issue with. I understand that this is necessary, and that's why I waited. However, when I left after getting my food and came back in the store to fill up my water bottle, I asked for the restroom code, and the employee said that the restrooms were out of order, despite no signs of saying so. If they're for customers only, then just say so. I would've happily shown my bag full of food as evidence.

Today we ordered chipotle and it was horrible. Came one hour late food colder than a freezer and made Our order wrong and portion size is an XXS now Usually, when I eat here, it’s a nice size but when you order delivery, it’s gonna be a XXS

My favorite chipotle BUT the parking lot is frustrating. The attendant made me pay $3 cash to park just to pickup my food. The previous attendant was nice and followed the sign and parking validation policy. Not sure what’s going on now.

The portions are invariably small but they certainly don't skim on sour cream. In fact, if you ever wanted to get deep throated by a soup of sour cream, Chipotle is the best.

If not, Cava is next door and they have better quality and portions.

Don't come to this location. Worst customer service. Stood at the counter for 8min as employees walked back and forth past my son and I without acknowledging us. I called out several times, one time a person looked out at us and just went back to what she was doing. This is the 2nd time with poor to non-existent custormer service. My family will never eat here again.

My wife loves this place. Thinks it is super healthy. I like the taste.

Worst place in the world. Had me wondering who’s the guess and who serving who.
Handling money and food with the same gloves. Staffer looked unkept they were as rude and lied right to one’s face asked for the manager and they said that they alll are managers. When the one pinned manager just stepped out the front door.
Meat was tasteless , bathroom dirty! Unbelievable !

I got half a spoon of rice, half a spoon of beans, quarter a spoon of chicken.
This is disrespectful at this point.

They messed up my order twice ,i had to go back twice so they can fix it ,when i went to complain they were just standing around looking clueless and doing nothing,if your not busy then how did you mess up my sinple order
