I ordered online and went in to pick it up. The order wasn't ready, so I looked around the place. It's got an industrial feel to it. I ordered the chicken al pastor. It was a little Spicer than I would have liked. None the less, it was very tasty.

I come here almost everyday, because I work on the same block. The only employee that does a good job is the oldest woman of the bunch. She is always trying to get the cashier out of the back, letting them now that a customer is ready. They show zero sense of urgency and take another five minutes, all the while she keeps going back there to try and get their attention. Almost everytime I try to pay cash they say that they can’t take it. They are out of money to make change. As someone who manages a business and does the change ordering I commented that whoever does that should start ordering more as this is a regular occurrence. I just got a shrug from the employee and that was it. The other reviews on here are correct in that most of the tables have food, debris everywhere and they do not get out there frequently enough to clean and keep well maintained. Once again the most mature woman working there is this chipotles only asset

The absolute worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Staff was completely rude. Place was disgustingly dirty. I could not even complete my order. The girl taking my order did not even know the menu and she literally walked away from me. I’m not surprised to see other 1 star reviews. Avoid at all costs!!!

I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. Despite requesting brown rice, I received a mix with white rice. Additionally, my vegetable order only consisted of three slices of green pepper. Clearer communication on preferences would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.

The environment where the food is been made is very dirty and unpleasant. Staff needs to keep environment cleaner. You shouldn’t be ordering food and the places looks like a pigsty.

This place has turned into a slop shop. I used to be a huge fan of Chipotle, but my recent visit left me thoroughly disappointed. The prices have skyrocketed, the quality has plummeted, and if you order online they usually only fill your bowl halfway up. I ordered online, walked in, only to find out they no longer use the designated pickup table. Instead, chaos ensued at the cashier. Another customer claimed to have an online order, but the cashier mentioned their system had been down for an hour without any attempt to resolve the issue.Despite our attempts to get their attention, the staff seemed uninterested and provided no additional information. After a considerable wait, I asked if I could cancel my order upon it appearing in their system. To my dismay, they insisted I spend more time trying to resolve this by calling some hotline for a refund.In the end, the entire experience felt like a waste of time, and the subpar service and quality may lead me to reconsider visiting Chipotle altogether. They better get their act together before they turn into another trash chain like McDonalds. Also- fix your guac.

Chipotle has been absolutely just failing as a food chain since covid. I watched my burritos go from 8.90 to 12$ and the overall portions got smaller. It's honestly embarrassing how this is one of my favorite places to go for easy food just to get cheaper out my meal. Though this location in specific is by far the worst. Today I got a chicken quesadilla and stupidly looked down at my phone and didn't see how much chicken they put on. In total i spend 11.50 and got about 5 pieces of chicken. My CHICKEN quesadilla was literally flat there was no meat. All in all chipotle absolutely sucks compare to how it was 3 years ago.

I haven't had Chipotle in a while, and I gave it a visit when I received an app notification to try their Carne Asada Bowl... so I did.I chose this Chipotle location since it was the closest to me at the time. It was pretty empty on a Sunday night, so finding parking was - thankfully - easy, though I can imagine that it is tougher on busier nights on the Ventura.As expected for Chipotle, they are SKIMPY with filling the bowl, so make sure to ask for a little more and don't be shy because that bowl was literally going to be less than half full without the lettuce had I not asked for "just a little" more rice, beans, etc.The carne asada itself - and the rest of the food as I was to learn - was a major disappointment. If you were looking for a warm meal on a cold night, sorry but this ain't it. The food was lukewarm at best, and the carne asada was oversalted and burnt on some pieces. Between all my Chipotle experiences, I think this takes the top spot of being the least enjoyable, and I have no plans to return.
