Chipotle Mexican Grill

The manager needs better professional skills. She rude and yells at customers. Stay clear away from this place until they redo management. The worker are kinda ok. They really need help with their customers service skills. They talk down to you as a customer yet if we continue to support this crap they will stay in business but we have to stand up against this wrongful treatment. We cancelled the order since they want to play games and treat us horrible with children around. I wish I could put zero stars! Customer service needs Major HELP!

Chipotle, more like chopped-potle The service was horrendous if I could put a Zero star review, I would they gave my girlfriend raw meat and me know me that all I asked for extra and they said oh we can’t do that. There’s no more like they couldn’t cook more. and it’s a mall food court, so you would think that they would have more it was the middle of the day save your money and go somewhere else I recommend anywhere else

There’s a tall lady Latina She is always so rude
I Frequently go to this mall and this chipotle and every single time this lady is there she’s absolutely rude to everyone customers and employees. Today I witness how she was mad dogging a customer just because he complain about something being in his daughters food. That is no way to treat customers and it’s every single time she’s there. I’ve noticed that she’s so rude. Will not be eating there anymore. (She’s a tall light skin lady with dark hair)

Everything else about this chipotle place is just nice, expect the food. God knows what they put into this food cause it’s either burnt to a crisp, raw, or even thicker than the 10 suns myth. It’s just all boils down to luck. And never take a delivery or else they adding beans even if you say especially NO to beans. The quality and service you get at all chipotles including this one all boils down to luck. So be careful. *staff are also insanely friendly and the burritos are thicker than 1.2 of a head*

my god the employees are not friendly at all

The three female employees who helped me today were super friendly and provided awesome customer service.

Customer service went out the door when you have a long line 🙄 she yelled at Me the girl with the red hair ... so rude u can tell she's over worked

mall restaurants are always a hit or miss! positives to this location: employees are kind and quick but still attentive to each customer, chips were fantastic, and my burrito was rolled to perfection! All my issues with this location can be chocked up to corporate stuff or being in a mall, like the prices and atmosphere! Still can’t get over how amazing the chips were, I haven’t had good chipotle chips like these here in years. will def be coming back.

I want to start by saying I am not one to do this. I was so excited to have Chipotle this morning because I frequently visit Chipotle often. As much as EVEN purchasing many of Chipotle gifts cards & gifting them to my employees. I will NEVER visit to this location again. Very disappointed.

I ordered an online order from my app that I use OFTEN for 10am pick up time today 8/9/24. I was sent a confirmation email stating my order was ready and to head that way. I arrived around 10;13am and the male employee stated they ‘didn't have my order ready”. On top of that- the rice hasn’t been made yet! While waiting the male staff working wouldn’t address his concerns because I expressed time wasn’t on my side. The vary reason why I ordered ONLINE was to avoid the wait. While waiting, I requested a drink (root beer). He didn’t honor my coupon on my app of a “free beverage”. Not only was the food not ready, nor the rice prepped. He wouldn’t honor the free drink on my app. I r- told this entire issue, just so we can come to some kind of clarity. He chose to charge me FULL price after the transaction anyway. This all took place while waiting for the food I paid for already. I ended leaving the establishment 22 minutes later after ordering ONLINE in advance off my app.

Chipotle Mexican Grill absolutely the worst experience. Whomever owns this specific location in the Sherman Oaks needs to be fully aware of how their employees conduct themselves. Their actions reflect the company at the end of the day. This message is put out there in hopes the people running this place will do better. Avoid that place.
