Customer service went out the door when you have a long line đ she yelled at Me the girl with the red hair ... so rude u can tell she's over worked
mall restaurants are always a hit or miss! positives to this location: employees are kind and quick but still attentive to each customer, chips were fantastic, and my burrito was rolled to perfection! All my issues with this location can be chocked up to corporate stuff or being in a mall, like the prices and atmosphere! Still canât get over how amazing the chips were, I havenât had good chipotle chips like these here in years. will def be coming back.

I want to start by saying I am not one to do this. I was so excited to have Chipotle this morning because I frequently visit Chipotle often. As much as EVEN purchasing many of Chipotle gifts cards & gifting them to my employees. I will NEVER visit to this location again. Very disappointed.
I ordered an online order from my app that I use OFTEN for 10am pick up time today 8/9/24. I was sent a confirmation email stating my order was ready and to head that way. I arrived around 10;13am and the male employee stated they âdidn't have my order readyâ. On top of that- the rice hasnât been made yet! While waiting the male staff working wouldnât address his concerns because I expressed time wasnât on my side. The vary reason why I ordered ONLINE was to avoid the wait. While waiting, I requested a drink (root beer). He didnât honor my coupon on my app of a âfree beverageâ. Not only was the food not ready, nor the rice prepped. He wouldnât honor the free drink on my app. I r- told this entire issue, just so we can come to some kind of clarity. He chose to charge me FULL price after the transaction anyway. This all took place while waiting for the food I paid for already. I ended leaving the establishment 22 minutes later after ordering ONLINE in advance off my app.
Chipotle Mexican Grill absolutely the worst experience. Whomever owns this specific location in the Sherman Oaks needs to be fully aware of how their employees conduct themselves. Their actions reflect the company at the end of the day. This message is put out there in hopes the people running this place will do better. Avoid that place.

Something is very wrong with the food at this chipotle location. I am frequently near this location and have purchased food here several times. The food tastes old or overcooked or something. Itâs just NOT good. I have enjoyed Chipotle food for many years, but will not visit this location again. My friend told me her experience was similar. Not a one time experience.

I have to put a negative review due to bad service. I understand Chipotle gets a lot of online orders but the staff just walks away when you're trying to get their attention. The only woman who somewhat helped me just told me to wait, the guy making the orders you have to manage to yell to get his attention since he doesn't put the orders on the shelf to pick up . I don't usually put bad reviews since I worked in fast food but if I see a customer I would acknowledge them if they need help. Just a tip, might as well put the orders to pick up with the cashier since no one helps you.
