I have to put a negative review due to bad service. I understand Chipotle gets a lot of online orders but the staff just walks away when you're trying to get their attention. The only woman who somewhat helped me just told me to wait, the guy making the orders you have to manage to yell to get his attention since he doesn't put the orders on the shelf to pick up . I don't usually put bad reviews since I worked in fast food but if I see a customer I would acknowledge them if they need help. Just a tip, might as well put the orders to pick up with the cashier since no one helps you.

Yikes, is all I have to say. Not sure if it's just the draw of the luck we had the specific times we decide to get Chipotle at this location but the food always tastes not exactly the way it should. What I mean by this is that every other Chipotle location tastes better. More "Fresh" is the best way I can explain it. The service isn't horrible but when it's bad, boy is it bad. You can tell that the employees here just don't care, whether it's the way the food is cooked or their service.

I normally would never eat at Chipotle, but my coworker order me a Lifestyle Bowl. I guess I had a preconceived opinion on their food, thinking they were a glorified Taco Bell. But I was pleasantly surprised by the food. Its definitely not authentic Mexican food, but it's a decent Americanized version of it. I'll have to try it again in the future

Ordered for pick up and I ordered a salad. I was not informed that they were out of dressing. You would think someone would let me know before I got home and was ready to eat it. So I go back and they said they didn't have any. I don't understand how they were already out at 1pm in the afternoon. They would not refund me, so I called the 1-800 number and they were no help in me getting a refund.
Excellent as always. I've never had a complaint at this location. The construction going on in the shopping center is annoying. I circled 3 times waiting for a parking spot. But when I crave a bowl nothing else will do! Note to other customers - keep your hands by your sides. You can tell the servers what you want, you don't have to try to reach over the glass that is meant to keep everyone's germs out of the food. Words work.

horrible customer service! i asked the lady if they were open because i came early morning and they were still setting up and she just stared at me and nodded yes then went to the back. I was standing there for about 5 minutes no one helped me so i walked around the mall and was not going to come back ! on my way out i saw there was a guy helping someone so i got in line . the guy making the burritos was nice i believe he was new and more people started getting in line and no one was helping him even when he asked for help. he did a great job being new and having so many big orders . aside from that guy the customer service is awful .
