I went by myself this past Friday night after work. The chefs did not acknowledge me or even said hello. The female server looked annoyed. It wasn’t busy at all. I was the only one at the bar. The ONLY person that made me feel welcomed was the Latino host/server. He was the best! To top it off. I went to pay with the female server and I thought the chopsticks helper rappers were mints. (It was dark so I didn’t know, I placed it back and made a joke) Then I overheard the female server making fun of me to the chefs lol

We tipped the lamp over and it broke a glass, the waiter came INSTANTLY with a broom and dustpan and swept it up :O They had the best sushi and best everything!!!111!!!1!!1!1!!!!!! Thank you for the amazing service and everything :D

Best place to get sushi on Sherman oaks. The service really good and friendly. Parking little limited at night.
Sushi was very good. The fried Brussel sprouts are delicious. Recommend you try them, you won't be sorry.

Waited over 1 hour just for 2 simple rolls and on top of that it wasn’t even busy. When served after wait ONE HOUR the rolls were not fresh felt old and cold will not be coming back to this place ever again! And then I ask for eel sauce when the rolls came after 1 hour and I waited 30 minutes just for simple sauce this place needs to do better this is ridiculous!

My wife and I ate at Dojo Sushi last night, and unfortunately, we both became extremely ill just hours afterward. We woke up in the middle of the night with severe vomiting and other symptoms of food poisoning. This was the only meal we shared that day, and it was clearly the cause. We’ve enjoyed sushi many times from various places and have never experienced something like this. It was a very upsetting and painful experience, and I hope the restaurant takes food safety seriously to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
