Worst place ever, if I could rate 0 stars believe me I would. I ordered the acai bowl with classic toppings, the guy told me they don't have fresh fruits, if you don't have fresh fruits how the hell do you make all the smoothies? Why are you open if you dont have at least the classic toppings? I still got the bowl but I asked if the granola is with cinnamon because I have allergy, he told me " no our granols dont come with cinnamon" I didn't trust him so I asked that he puts it on the side instead of in the bowl and I made the right decision because the GRANOLAS WERE WITH CINNAMON. I'm so disappointed and I won't ever come here again because of the lack of information the employees have about their products. The acai bowl he made was so thick, they probably didn't have any of the ingredients that were supposed to be in it. Such a horrible place. I think its best to close it down.

Customer service lacks big time. First let's start by saying I've been here a few times since earthbar has been back. All three times I've came I waited for a while for a employee to come out and take my order. Today I waited as another person was ahead of me. After the employee actually decided to come out from the back he took a order and then went back to help the other employee make 2 smoothies. Then I waited thinking okay maybe they want to get through with the smoothies fast nope ! They kept chit chatting the whole time I had to respectably ask them to take my order and that's when they decided to pick up the pace. There needs to be better management to show these employees how to work more efficiently.

If you'd like to pay 13 dollars for an acai bowl that's half filled and watered down then this is the place to go! Not only was the bowl half filled but the quality of their bowls have gone down since they reopened. I would not spend my money here again.

This place USED to be great, but since it's reopened with a new TERRIBLE menu- the smoothies are awful, water downed, gross, and wildly overpriced. Get it together again Earth Bar or you will CLOSE for good.

Horrible service not only did they take forever when asked for a refund the woman said she couldn't because no manager was on staff n she still took so long to make my smoothie that she was trying to make with a really bruised brown avocado for it being an "earth bar" produce isn't fresh at all never going there again!!!!!!!!

Ever wanted to have one of those healthy green smoothies, but don't want to taste that grassy taste? Go to Earthbar!!! My favorite drink is the mint chip and my favorite add-in for any smoothie is peanut butter!

Came here 2 days ago (Wednesday) at 5:03 and the guy working said they were closed at 5pm. I didn't know because the time says closed at 9pm and they do not answer the phone. So yesterday I left work early to make sure I got here on time. I made it before 5 but there was a line. At 5pm he stated rudely that they were closed and walked away. There were 3 other ppl waiting in line as well before me and he didn't say anything to us he just made us wait in line until 5 to say something. Once we told him we been in line before 5 he just continued to ignore us. So RUDE. I'm a very nice person I don't understand how someone can be so rude.

This kid name Timothy works there young guy. Is argumentive and rude. We won’t come back there he was really mean. Did not care to help us out about getting regular straw when they have those available the girl working there had to help us and tell him that they in fact do have plastic straws. Wow this guy needs to get trained in customer service again. Not my fault he wants to get off and rush people

We been here twice before and really come for the smoothies and the customer service. But tonight around 6:40pm a kid named Timothy yElled and gave us a rude attitude about us asking for a plastic straw. He did not have a sense of humor and did not even want to take the order properly. He was very argumentative towards my friend which older gentleman. I respectably not coming back to this place because of him

Okay before I start my "I'm obsessed with this place and the beautiful, professional, cute, smart, sweet staff" review...can we please bring back the plastic straws!! Don't get me wrong I'm all about saving the earth but I think it's unfair to force those flimsy paper straws on people that melt in your mouth, make you feel like you're making out with a newspaper and ruin the taste of anything you're drinking! Let's give people a choice. I think it serves customers better to have both and let the paper crew choose the paper one if they want it :) My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and we always get the one and only chocolate supreme shake. It's straight booooomb! We spend like a gazillion dollars here in shakes lol but it's so worth it. Shout out to staff members Jeremiah, Liz, other Liz (both cuties), and Genesis! They're the best. They're always so friendly and have impeccable customer service. Jeremiah and Liz (the assistant manager) are straight bosses! Anyway that's it for now. We love you guys! But yeah where my plastic straws at!!??
