I used to visit this Pollo Loco all the time growing up and still do and I gotta say, I don't know what's changed in the past couple months about this specific location. The inside is messy and the atmosphere wasn't welcoming. I hope this location improves.

Vegetarian options: BRC burrito is delicious, great option for vegetarians + can add avocado

Dietary restrictions: Love having the shrimp on the menu as a pescatarian option

The service is very slow and the ordering machine takes its time when it is the first time. There are no longer any condiments you need and they only give you 2 maximum. Very dirty bathrooms.
