I’ve come to this El Pollo Loco in Sherman Oaks several times, but the quality keeps getting worse. This time I ordered a Double Chicken Tostada — the avocado wasn’t fresh, the chicken tasted old, and the service was disappointing. I really wanted to keep coming here, but it’s hard when the food and customer care keep declining. Hopefully they turn things around soon.

This Pollo Loco has the best customer service. Their chicken is always fresh. They're very generous with their portions, and they have the best quality and tasty chicken crunchy tacos.
Terrible customer service The lady who served me stopped serving me because she was giving the service to one of her colleagues who was going out to lunch. That's not right, you have to respect people.
