Waited 25 minutes before walking up to counter and they realized my order and my friends order had been sitting waiting and getting cold. $25 for fried chicken sandwich, fries and milkshake felt overpriced. Fries were semi warm and not crispy. Chicken was overdone and dry. Milkshake was great though. In n out right nearby is half the price and much faster service. Will not go back given the price and service.

Absolutely love the western burger. Chelsea is super awesome. And shakes are are fire. And Santi at the front is super cool. Pretty much everyone is awesome. Very cool vibe.

Food was excellent. Service was spot on. Had a burger which was perfectly prepared along with fat fries. The fries were done just right. The dining area itself is nothing to speak of. I'll probably be back a few times a year.

Had to kill some time before a show so I stopped by to grab a burger and fries. The counter staff were wonderful and accommodating. Speed of service was very fast. Would definitely recommend it if you're hungry or drunk.

I placed an order for delivery through their website. The food was delivered to the wrong address. I spoke to the manager who said he'd issue me a refund, which never appeared (it's been 10 days). I just got off the phone with them and they are asking me to come in for the refund, which is ridiculous. I'm not in the area now and they refuse to give me a credit for an order that they acknowledge never arrived. Gee, that was fun.
