Health Nut - Sherman Oaks

Yall are crazy for saying you actually like this place. This is the blandest, plainest most unseasoned food EVER. Chicken in the panini was absolutely flavorless and the bread was unremarkable as well.

Absolutely love health nut! The salads are huge and taste so fresh! Panini with spicy tuna was also great! Service was nice too!

Very disappointed from the Service and system . Entered with my little baby on my hands made the order and my phone number and email was not recognised trying several times and the result was they refused to serve me even they didn’t let me pay by card , what’s going on with you? What a bad service? Are you taking care of your first time customer this way?

I've never actually been to the restaurant, I just order online, but overall the food is very fresh and healthy. I have an autoimmune disorder and can't eat a lot of restaurant or fast food without feeling sick but I can eat here and not get sick. I've been ordering from here about 4 years now. Noticed lately the avocado portions seem smaller unless you order extra avocado, but I know everything is more expensive these days so it's worth it to pay the extra $2.

The worst customer service experience!
Esteban at the Van Nuys location needs a serious lesson in customer service and management.

I originally placed an order through Uber Eats for the Calabasas location. Without my permission or any notification, the app rerouted my order to the Van Nuys location. I only discovered this mistake when I went to pick up my food in Calabasas and was told it had been sent elsewhere.

When I called, Judit at Van Nuys told me to cancel the order and assured me that the manager would refund me the next day. The following day, I called and spoke to Esteban. He said he would contact Uber Eats and call me back with an update. That call never came.

When I followed up, Esteban falsely claimed that we had already spoken — which we absolutely had not. That kind of gaslighting is unacceptable. He then flat-out refused to issue my refund. I even offered to take a store credit since I frequently order from them, but he refused that as well.

Because of Esteban’s behavior, the Calabasas location just lost a loyal customer. I will never return to any of their locations. This is customer service at its absolute worst.

I mainly want to compliment the staff from my visit on Wed, Aug 27 around 11:30am.

The girl who greeted me offered to take my order or let me use the screen—she was very friendly and helpful. When I had trouble with my card, the guy working jumped in right away. He was energetic, kind, and patient—no frustration at all, just eager to help, which I really appreciated.

The store design was beautiful too.

Later, I realized I didn’t get the juice I had ordered. I’d already walked home but noticed I’d been charged, so I went back. The same staff member immediately remembered me, looked up my order by name, apologized, and told me to grab a juice from the fridge. Problem solved in seconds.

On top of that, the food was fantastic—great taste, texture, and presentation.

Very disappointing experience. The avocado rolls have hardly any avocados, most of the green is a cucumber and then there is tiny bit of avocado. Despite the “healthy” in the name, everything served in plastic. You eat hot soup from a plastic bowl with a plastic soon. This is pure poison.

I was craving something healthy so we pulled up to Health Nut. Plenty of parking...off to a good start. Place felt clean soon as we walked in.

Ordered the chicken sandwich and Chinese chicken salad...
The sandwich came out hot with this unexpected meatball-style sauce...fire. Salad was alright, but they don’t play with the portion. It’s big enough to share or save for later.

Staff brought our food straight to the patio...smooth and easy. Chill spot, good food, good vibes.

Definitely hittin’ this spot again.
