Ordered the chicken tenders w/ fries, burger w/ fries, and root beer float for a total of $40. Very overpriced. The burger and fries were cold. The root beer float was good though and the service was friendly. I couldn’t finish the burger meal though it was awful.

Horrible horrible, Never again food it’s tasteless. Chicken wings way over cook. Order a steak sandwich. Very low quality of meat in it. Bread tasted stale. Don’t waste your money going to these places.

First time ever going to Hot Wings Cafe in Sherman Oaks. I order a 12 piece with carrots / celery and Water. Waited at one of the tables, just to have the female server get upset because I mention I was going to eat the wings at the restaurant, follow by her getting even more upset because I ask for a plate. When I ask why she was having a bad attitude, she proceeded to say “Do you want the plate or Nah”. At that point I just grabbed my food and left Hot Wings Cafe. Fun note I never got my water. I DO NOT RECOMMEND “HOT WINGS CAFE” IN SHERMAN OAKS . Extremely Horrible Costumer Service

Ordered my wings was about to leave this was in the evening the chicken was small not cooked that good then I felt and see in side no ranch went back ... the girl that was helping me was gone so I felt then I see her in the parking lot like hello I am a paying customer that needs my condiments lucky I say someone to get ranch not that great service sorry
Hot wings cafe wings are the best wings I ever had....I came from Las Vegas to here just to get some delicious tasting lemon pepper hot wings And bbq hot wings!!!!!! They fry them to your like I like extra crispy and let me tell you ...they come through each time delivering savory food with dancing taste buds screaming for more !!!!! I recommend this place to anyone who wants good tasting wings.....
Terrible customer service, probably the worst I’ve ever had in LA. Doesn’t deserve even one star. The food was wherever too, over fried dry chicken. However the lemon pepper flavor was good.Atmosphere is also meh. Save your money and go to another place.

Let me start by saying, I love Hot Wing Cafe. Unfortunately, I've had MULTIPLE issues with having food delivered from this Van Nuys location via Uber eats or Postmates. There's been too many times where my food doesn't have all the wings. Mind you, I don't have that problem anywhere else but Hot Wing Cafe because a lot of the restaurants I order from use Tamper Evident Packaging- but Hot Wing Cafe doesn't. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars here over the last 4 years, but i won't spend another dollar here until they reassure that their CUSTOMERS are getting their food UNTOUCHED. I mean it's not cool, we don't know what these drivers have but they're touching our food and eating it. Crazy thing is my whole family likes it, not anymore after to many incidents.
